Seed and Seed Destiny are basically the plot of the original Gundam and Zeta with some elements moved around so you aren't watching an exact copy of those shows. And to top it all off you have some extra space autism thrown in to make the main characters be even more special snowflakes in their universe than what is normal for a Gundam show. Also the shows have this thing about not actually killing off characters even though they give them a dramatic "death" scene that is entirely appropriate for them to die in.

@@WeHeartGiantRobots shinji is what happens when Bright doesn't slap ya
Gundam aimed not to be a shonen but a war drama, so I’d say it’s probably a negative if it’s doing exactly the opposite of what it should do.
It's not exactly what you'd call a metric for success, no.
We Heart Giant Robots which part isn’t successful? The shonen or war drama?
@@QuattroPogjeena Honestly neither, my dude, but definitely not the war drama part.
We Heart Giant Robots really :(?
My favourite is 0080: War In The Pocket and that a war drama (or anti-war drama)
gundam wing and gundam seed are the only two gundam series so bad I had to stop watching them.
Skip the first five minutes
that's the filter
I also absolutely love this channel, it’s such a big help with trying to find a decent gundam series to watch and show to people who aren’t even into mecha anime. It would be sweet if you guys would take a look at war in the pocket.
Also
Wing is fucking ass
Oh you better believe War In The Pocket is on our to-watch list, my dude.
See all the snow flakes drop on the sun man.
If there is tears after they disappear is it then so sureal for a man to mourn?
Knowing all those lost, and still with these hands so numb.
Your fragile to me.
Glass shards have more edge.
For the open hand to be on your chanel thanks dude.
i kinda like wing because its so bad and i never watched it in my childhood
But the original fullmetal alchemist was a bad show.....
Hey man, everyone has a soft spot for their first anime series.
Now this show sucked ASS, and is the sole reason why Gundam didn’t get on in America...
