The sound is a fussion of all of Africa; taking one back to the 80s to how melodious, rich, thick, juicy, authentic, powerful and beautiful African music was back then. But in fairness to Ms Alade, she's practically the hardest working woman in the Nigerian music scene. Maybe others are grinding but this lady here is fierce and unrelenting and her body of work is truly amazing.
