If you need until July 31st to pay your cruise off. Please contact Arvela Nelson 951-334-6204 and forward a card number to her. She will forward that card to Carnival. Carnival will then process your last payment on July 31st.

Started intermittent fasting in January. Have lost 22 pounds🎉 ❤❤
Reading labels you have to check the carbohydrates (sugar) in processed foods just as sodium. Mgs can turn into grams. They csn add up quick. But you are doing good, you already scan labels so I know you get good info that way. Keep up the good work.

Try not to eat rice and macaroni etc for a week , eat bake fish or chicken , steam vegs , saffron pumpkin , plenty of water during the week , only drink no sugar juice , you will feel amazing , eat heavy food like lunch around 12 or 1 pm , eat light stuff for dinner
I had given up ( almost) all sugar except in coffee and tea.. then I cheated badly with orange sherbet and rice Krispy treats ( after about six weeks) only using 4 tablespoons..after I ate all the aforementioned.. I've been sick as heck... I'm drinking a butt load of water today to flush it all out... NEVER again...I wish I could find a sweetener l like that I can afford that's not bad for me... I use organic sugar for my drinks...
@@lorrie5881hi have you ever tried m monk fruit (sugar alternative) with no after taste and it doesn’t raise your glycemic index. I buy it from homegoods, and grocery stores and even Marshall’s.
The crazy thing with brown rice is that brown rice has more arsenic than white rice!!

Hi Anthony! Did you know that about 4 grams of sugar (4.2 grams to be exact) equals to 1 teaspoon. 30 grams of sugar is 7.5 teaspoons😯 yikes! So happy to hear you are healthy! Your followers now expect hundreds of more videos🤣🤣 Love your videos and your humor!❤❤❤

When reading the labels look at the amount of carbohydrates per serving.
Carbs turn into sugar.
Sugar is not necessary. The liver will make it through gluconeogenesis as needed unless you are hypoglycemic.

Anthony, hallelujah on the test results! It’s great news! Concerning giving up the white rice…😢 there are alternatives that you may want to try like riced cauliflower or quinoa.

Hi Anthony! Lenox Mall would not be a good option for a possible Atlanta meetup. Perhaps, Cumberland Mall May be a good choice. It’s located just off I-285.
The Georgia Aquarium in downtown has other tourist options nearby such as World of Coke and the National Civil and Human Rights Museum. The zoo is 6-7 miles away in Grant Park. Not sure if the pandas will still be at the zoo as they are scheduled to return to China this fall.
Also, arrive at the Atlanta airport well before departure. Finding parking is a major issue due to parking garage construction.
Hello Anthony. I see that you're still having problems with the swelling in your leg. Well, awhile back when you had first spoke about your leg had swollen up, I had texted you to let you know that it could be your blood pressure medication that you're taking. I was taking amlodipine for my blood pressure and after taking it for awhile, I noticed that my right leg, and feet had begone to swell. Now that I no longer take that medication, my leg and feet has returned back to normal. Swelling in the legs is a common side effect from taking amlodipine blood pressure medicine. The swelling, also known as pedal edema, can affect the lower legs and feet. Your Healthcare provider may have to lower your dose, or switch you to a different medication.
Cumberland mall is somewhat of a central location for an Atlanta meetup. Just a suggestion!
