Dude 1/6 Scale figures are amazingly realistic! They honestly make 1/12 stuff look like kids toys. Love the ones with real hair, cloth clothes etc. Simply incredible detail.

@@EduardoSabatino I’m on the same page there. I look at them more like art/a statue than an action figure. And that’s just my opinion of course. But our 1/12 scale Mattel action figures are perfect in price and quality for what I want in an “action figure.” Hot toys are so far ahead in detail / quality it’s incomparable to any action figure. And that’s why I justify the $225-400 price ranges.

Yeah I definitely don't buy 1/6 scale as "action figures" in the usual sense. 1/6 can be a bit of a cheaper hobby if you buy parts like bodies, heads, clothes etc. to make custom figures but a lot of people definitely want franchise stuff like GI Joe, Hot Toys etc. which is the more expensive way to get them. There are some cheaper brands like Click N Play but those are more marketed towards kids

Glad you finally pulled the trigger on your first hot toy man. They’re all amazing figures. The endgame captain america is probably one of their best figures. You won’t have any regrets picking that one up.

Welcome to doom! Heads ups, DO NOT buy any figures above retail and seriously consider buying used unless your absolutely know you love it the character. Tons of pristine figures in the aftermarket.

I only own one Hot Toys figure and it was a gift that I received. It's Spider-Punk from Spider-Man PS4. And while it looks and feels like an amazing figure in every way I always feel like I have to treat it so delicately because of how expensive it is! I would feel so stressed owning multiple HT figures and dropping that kind of money!
@@Finfection I do agree here majorly. If I had a ton, I would be walking on eggshells pretty often. But honestly, I already do with my 6inch figure displays haha. So I think it could work, I’m just nervous of getting addicted and wanting a ton of them (the price tag), so I totally see that opinion and agree !

Congrats bro. I was down to collect every single Mandalorian, but season 3 disappointed me and I lost interest. I decided to even downsize my Mando collection to the very few I care about.
@@uncle_ben_rices_nephew you hit the nail on the head here man. The EXACT same thing happened to me with Mando & Star Wars as a whole. I collected a ton of Black series and ended up selling most off because of how disappointing the content was becoming. I have very little, but this Mando represents the love I have for the character we got in seasons 1 & 2.
