Hi Cassondra, I need your help with something. In your old video, you mentioned the ungate incident using Amazon. I converted my Amazon prime account to a Business account. I only have one account. Can I shop from my business account and get brand approval with the same account?
Right under your regular prime account, you can create a separate business account. I did shop from a business account and was approved for OTC and hotwheels doing this- but nothing is ever a guarantee with Amazon. These days you don’t really know what they’ll accept each day until you try.
I was initially approved years ago- then recently they made me request again and they denied me too! I reached out to seller central asking what the qualifications are and they said that they aren’t able to disclose why they don’t approve people, but basically it is what it is 🤷♀️😢
You’ll add the product to your inventory. When you do a unique ASIN will be created which identifies that product as yours. You’ll have to print out the labels and place them on each so that they can be scanned into the warehouse, recognized, and associated to you.

If you’re not making at least $40 in profit each month then it would be best to not have the professional account. But if you’re going to be listing at least 40 products each month, then the professional plan makes sense.

Question, through the Profit Guru platform or any other platform is it possible to set up a filter to only show products listed by FBM sellers? I happened to come across a listing for a brand that had 3 FBM listings and when I requested approval to sell the product I was immediate approved I guess because there was no FBA seller for the product. Thank you for your help.
It’s definitely not like selling on eBay that’s for sure! It’s become a better place for registering your own brand and manufacturing your own products.

They’ve made some updates since. So it will look a bit different.
I thought this was Seller Central 101 - you started talking about a "Buy Box" (whatever that is), without introducing it.

Show us how to even get into the seller dashboard first.
