I feel so bad for the high school boy who was brought to Judge Judy for assault, when all he was doing was fooling around, He didn't mean toi hurt the girl, Judge Judy handled this case so well. It was really wonderful when the young boy took responsibilty and apologized. . Really decent chap. The girl and her nother went through so much pain and trouble.
i dont feel sorry for him, kids mess around i get that but no one has the right to put hands on anyone like that, its really simple, dont touch anyone, he should not be allowed back in school and she should sue for pain and suffering

What happened to her "but for the fact you were driving illegally, the accident would have never happened"? That's what I've heard her say many times. Suspended license AND no insurance? He should not have been driving! I've seen her rip into people for that!! I wonder what was her motive for not doing so this time?
Did you even watch the case? It was because the kid was constantly lying to her, and when she finally got to the truth of the matter, the police said he was entirely at fault, and his mom was behaving exactly like insurance fraud scammers do. I don't think the mom was TRYING to commit fraud, but she was taking all the steps to do so, and JJ caught onto that pretty quickly.
@TheTrueDiablix Had the man obeyed the law (not drive with suspended license or not drive while uninsured), there would not have been an accident to lie about.
@cloyewoods And had the kid not broken the law there also wouldn't have been an accident to lie about lol you don't seem to understand that you're meant to come to court with clean hands, or you're ignoring it in this case, but it's a very important factor in how it was handled
This was a great example of a reckless bicycle rider and his collision with a car. The car driver hopefully faced a slew of other consequences driving whilst suspended & uninsured BUT it's a picture perfect description of a reckless bicyclist, as they are all around, driving on and across sidewalks, endangering & intimidating people to the max. So I am happy the expected payoff son and mother expected didn't happen!
As though and sometimes a bit aggressive and loud judge Judy can be at times,i like how nicely and kind she is with the kids in her courtroom..she just can't stand adult unemployed,adults not paying child support,adults driving without insurance and/or a driver license,adult who drinks too much,adult moochers and pitbulls....
