You can add soil + cocopeat. Most of the terrariums are closed ones. (If you are using normal kind of moss, it won't long last. Instead use garden moss. )

The root was small and it was at the bottom of the plant . So its not visible in the video.
The plant will spoil if it not have a root.

@@milkys_not-avalable well not everyone has that kind of luxury.. I move states every 4 years and I also went crazy when I realized that my place didn't even have charcoal.. The only solution is making it yourself and it's way to expensive..
