He is right, but it seems that he is really tired of this lifestyle, which could be described as a modern travelling salesperson. They barely see anything or enjoy the place properly, there is no circle of professionals around since the profession is a bit hard to define. There is a bit of luxury, but it’s mostly make believe; they can only stay in the hotels that will accept their proposal to promote them. Soon it’ll be artificial intelligence replacing real life influencers/advertisers. So, they have to push hard round the clock. It must be nerve-wrecking and expensive!
I admire so much that Fillipo doesn’t like to be late , it shows his respect for his fellow beings not to keep them waiting, I admire this trait in people❤

I relate to Fil so much. People can be so obnoxious, loud, rude and can lack awareness and filter that others just want to relax, and have peace and quiet. I have a very difficult time ignoring loud people or tuning out the noise. And, breakfast for me is a sacred time, a time to prepare my mind for the day ahead and noise of any kind will set into motion a challenging vibe for the day. Thank goodness you both have a sense for humor. lol
Filippo at breakfast is my spirit animal! 😂 He’s soo honest and I love it.

Peninsula hotel is in European side of Istanbul , not Asian , Asian side is when you cross the Bosphorus

Felipe I agree with you, when you are on holiday and you just want to have breakfast in Peace it should be okay to want that silence. The meaning of breakfast is breaking ones fast.

I think generally in Europe people have mostly two children, I also have just one sibling, but now when its my time to start a family I think even one kid is hard. I’m with Phil. Being seen but not heard is exactly it. I’m super sensitive to noise. It’s actually makes my blood hot sometimes. Unfortunately some people have absolutely no concept of other people or their environment, or they do and just do not care how they behave. I really dislike obnoxious humans. Please have a care and stfu, thank you and please. ❤
Love your vlogs and all you do, both of you. Know the feeling so well, too loud people is the worst. I just started to just stand up and tell them. Most of the time people around those loud ones are grateful someone stood up and said sth. I agree with Filipo 100000% Not only i hate to be late, but I also hate when people are super loud in public spaces. Screaming on the phone, talking so loud that everyone can hear the conversation. Especially when you go to a hotel like the penninsula you would expect a little bit of calm environment during breakfast.

Could you do a part on your blog with travel tips ( recommendations for hotels and restaurants) since you are traveling so much and experienced so many cities ? 🙏I would love to read it and use it as an inspiration for my own travels…. If you are answering some questions in your next video I would love to know more about how you plan your outfits. Do you build it around a specific piece of clothing? Which are your favorite podcasts? Where do you get your inspiration from? Which are the things which annoy you the most? ( As Filippo pointed it out on this video he can’t stand being late and gets annoyed by loud people)

I was like that… I still don’t like loud noises, voices or places with a lot of people.
But after having my son (the real love of my life) my life changed and now is full of noise and loud voices ( mostly happy and joyous) and I more likely than not will go to places full of people ( families) with other kids…
And that is ok now! ❤

Omg the loud people conversation! That’s hilarious because it annoys me too but I like to listen to their conversations lol the irony of it though is that my sister is a very hyper person (has adhd) talks a lot and screams while talking I have to shush her in the restaurants because she’ll get so loud but because that’s how she naturally is and she doesn’t mean it because she’ll be like oh I’m sorry and tries to wisper but then proceeds to do it again lol she doesn’t notice it so I try to be understanding sometimes I guess

I think that in a past life I lived in Istanbul... My first visit and I simply had the feeling that I had already walked those streets, I breathed that air, I remember the smell from the Bosphorus and it was as if I could hear the murmur of some past times.. .I know it sounds crazy but I also know it's true...
Oh, let me not forget the loud people: next time, Filipo should pretend to be talking on the phone and complain very loudly to "that imaginary friend" that there are people sitting next to him who are talking veeeeeeery loudly and that he can't hear anything.

The loud thing is funny that you mention the pool, because sound/volume travels over water differently. So in reality whatever is a normal volume, when by the pool or any still body of water it is amplified. Moral of the story, never tell secrets by water, the sound travels, you think you might be whispering but everyone finds out.
