I lost my wife to Early Onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 58…this song describes much of what that was like. “So the years went by, I stayed the same, but she began to drift away, I was left alone”.

Beautiful arrangement and performance! As a band guy, I can’t try and watch the score and listen at the same time lol does not follow a steady tempo in most barbershop performances, but I love to listen to all of it!
Our Men’s choir sang this for our last concert so it brings me much joy to hear my favorite singer do this piece. Especially the whole thing. It’s just a shame that This came out after the concert cause this would’ve really helped 😭
