Sometimes we are put into a position where we have to uproot ourselves from everything and everyone we know in order to head towards the right direction in life. There's no shame in that, and that's okay. All possibilities in life begin and end with you. As long as you're still here, there's hope. Take care of yourself.

i'm so glad that Heart started a youtube channel. She's honestly one of my favorite people; so honest and gives the best advice. I know now that shes a huge celebrity in the Philippines but I unfortunately would've never known about her if she didn't start youtube, which I honestly cant imagine now.

Sobrang laking pasasalamat ko dito ate Heart. I'm 23, and I'm going thru a very bad breakup. I lost the one I thought I would marry. Depressed na ako for 2 months, overthinking everyday.
Pero nung nakikita ko yung mga taong nakakatanda sakin like you, na marami nang pinagdaanan pero happy na sila ngayon, bumabalik yung pag-asa ko na magiging okay din ako sa mga susunod na taon.
Wala kasi akong ate, di din ako close sa pamilya ko.. kaya yung 10 na lessons mo, sobrang grateful na ako dun.

Hi April, I've been through a break up as well 4 years ago and it also became complicated after that, I thought we had a second chance pero mas lalo lang gumulo and I almost lost my self-worth and self-respect but I was able to finally move on 2 years ago lang. During those days I thought I would never really make it to recover from the pain and all the brokenness but thankfully by God's grace kinaya naman. Yung sa'yo medyo fresh pa and of course yung pain na you thought he is someone na that you would marry but you can get through this, it will pass, just live it one day at a time, no pressure with the moving on process that you need to undergo but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I'll be here if you also need someone to talk to. :) Prayers for you. 🤍
I understand what ure going through.Same man tau na nabroken not because we're on the same situation,but I marry the wrong person.And going through a lot of tough times,makes me a lot stronger.So I let go.Im happier now that Im out of his life.Time will heal.Along with prayers and let God guide you.Wag mong isipin kung ano ang sasabihin sau ng mga tao, its ur life,YOU LEAD YOUR OWN LIFE. I found a quote online, “People drain me, I have to get away to recharge. That’s how my energy works.” And I absolutely agree. I always have been an extrovert and I like to spend time with people and hang out but as days go by and without me knowing, my social battery drains. Since the day that I understood myself a bit more that I also have to spend time with myself and recharge so that I have a balanced life. But I prefer my solitude these past few months.

It's Okay Not To Be Okay. I really needed this. For someone who was COVID rn, sobrang hirap ng walang kasama at walang cocomfort sayo at the moment. Sobrang stressful. Yung anxiety and depression ko akala ko lalamunin ako. Good thing my mom and my family are there non stop supporting me habang nasa quarantine facility ako. Also, dito ko nalaman kung sino ang tunay kong kaibigan kasi makikita mo who cares and who doesnt. I just pray to God na this will be over soon na. Stay safe everyone...

I got bullied before in my elementary, I don't have much friends and I feel left out with 3-4 people. Even today, its hard to say how I feel but I'm a people pleaser too. Not a user friendly though. I don't use others but I'm happy if they use me(before), just to be in the circle. But I realized that birthdays, or hanging out with people you don't even feel comfortable or you feel like you don't belong, does not matter. Self care is what I needed and to do that, I just have to water with love first, not to be pressure with what others have for the moment. We all have different speed, different difficulties to deal. And what is easy in others is not the same for you, what's hard on other's is not difficult for you.
Everything you said is true you are such a smart and well experienced in life it comes naturally at walang effort to think kasi you've been there thank you for doing this...and by the way u looks 22 yrs old promise!

That’s true, it’s ok not to be ok, a song called “Who you are” By Jessie J, this song helped me through some dark times. Just know that it’s an experience whatever you are going through and you will get through it and be stronger and wiser after.
I’ve always noticed that Heart is a class act but this right here proves she’s a really wise fine lady, with a positive growth mindset.
Kids, don’t just watch all the fun stuff here in YT, you cab learn a LOT too (and still be entertained) from videos like this. Watch it, share it, let your friends see it as well. Take it from somebody who’s been there, done that, and continues to be grounded to who she is.

I am nearly to pass my resignation from work because I thought I cannot handle the toxic environment and toxic people at work causing me more toxic, anxiety and depression lately. The other night, I cried and talked to God to talk to me and give me a sign if I am going to push my resignation then I opened my Bible says " Ang karunugan ay higit na mabuti kaysa kalakasan. At ang kaalaman ay kapangyarihan. Ang digmaa'y maipagtatagumpay dahil sa mahusay na pagplaplano sapagkat ang tagumpay ay bunga ng mabuting payo." It's like God really talking to me because my Mom came into my room saying "Wag mo silang initindihin as long as nagsasabi ka ng totoo. Kung magpapaapekto ka sa kanila ikaw ang talo". And then until again I watched this I feel like God is not yet done talking to me thru your vlog like giving the "mabuting payo" as what the bible says. Thank you Miss Heart. Continue to inspire and spread love and positivity!
