Well, while the basement, first floor and attic remain mostly constant throughout the series, the second floor does change quite a bit from one episode to another. There are always three doors, one is for Muriel´s bedroom, another for the bathroom and the ones that constantly changes is the third one. In some episodes it leads to the stairs that go to the attic as shown here, but in others there are regular stairs in the second floor to go to the attic just aside that third door, which in that case is probably leads to a second bedroom.
There is also a small incongruence on the architecture of the house, because as you can see in the front facade at 0:04 there are two windows directly over the porche and main entrance.The second window in the series is clearly the window of the attic that they use as a computer room and guests room, the problem is the first window (the one between the door and the one that is on the top) which according to the series is the one you can see immediately after going upstairs from the first floor at your right side as shown at 0:57, but as you may have already guess, that doesn´t make any sense because in that logical order that window would be in the right side of the house, not in the front facade. In this video that middle window is the one you can see at 1:26 at the room where the stairway to the attic is, and the attic is looking to the other side, to the backyard instead of to the front. That was a good solution to the problem, although it could also have been fixed by adding the second room and the regular staircase that I mentioned in my last comment.

Anyway everything in the map/house is placed perfectly as it did with the show, the creators of Courage the Cowardly Dog probably had a floor plan for the house so they would know what the house and rooms show look like and where the rooms are place. The people who made this map did a perfect job capturing everything. Except that the windmill is placed on the opposite side of where it's supposed to be but other than that it's well made.
Yes they do had a floor plan but they also modify the house according to the episodes so the proportions of the house and rooms also differ by episodes also the placements of windmill, barn, hand pump is shown different in different episodes. You'll also find that the closet below the staircase is shown in some episodes, So what i did is that i took the average proportions of the house and placements of the objects and made the house to attain the closest similarity as possible. thank you :)
Aside from the computer room being on the wrong side of the attic, this is quite accurate. There is indeed no way to place a closet under the staircase, because under the staircase are the basement stairs.
