Deepak dobriyal is phenomenal as usual. His charcter was so deep. Javed didn't showed his innermost emotions on his face at all yet Deepak's acting made us feel his inner turmoil in a very subtle way. Quite a talent. His last salute was full of emotions. Truly amazing.

This movie was made with ill intentions, just to create a wrong narrative regarding Indian army in Kashmir. Even if you look at this movie from a secular point of view, Captain Javed was totally wrong. He could have complained higher authorities instead of killing his senior officer. Letting him free in the end was the greatest blunder in the movie. Rathore's wife's character in the movie also looked utter nonsense. I mean she had no respect for her husband. Also, Brigadier Pratap couldn't be blamed fully because while working in such circumstances and sensitive areas such things happen by mistake if not at will. So, even if Javed wanted to save that 6 yr old girl, his decision to shoot his senior was totally wrong.
Maturity is when you realise , how this movie aptly defines the struggles faces by marginalised community in India, be the army or everyday people over topics of faith. I feel sorry for you that you have taken a movie that tried to tell you something so important but you somehow twist it to align it to your biases and feed your ego. When I first watched this movie, I hated Brigadier Pratap for having so much hate against Muslims, but adult me realized how right he was as today Muslims of our country openly say that their religion comes before the country, many of them celebrate when India loses or Pakistan wins, they never speak against the terrorism committed by Muslims, in fact, Zakir Naik openly said that he doesn't consider Osama bin Laden a terrorist, they don't protest if anything wrong happens to Hindus, but they block the roads for Muslims for Palestine, Hamas, Hezabollah. Democracy sucks
