I agree, this was the best season for Cordelia, she grew up so much and became a strong, independent, hot and kickass woman, the bratty selfish girl was rather tamed, i just loved Cordelia so much in this season she was even hotter, looking way more sharp and in control! I used to wish they woulda talked about what happened when they met up .all buffy said was " it was intense " now years later I think it just woulda been a combination of the scene after he killed her classmate who was tryna kill her when came back from hell how he clutched her and kept saying her name and the scene when he was with her after her mom died .
as a BAngel fan, I have a different opinion...and I based it on some "hints" from "Life Serial" and "Fredless"...anyway, for both parties, they immediately assumed everything went downhill...but what if it didn't...those two could be very secretive if they wanted to...and sarcasms can be used to hide good things too....
I theorize that Buffy told Angel what really happened when she died, and that's why he doesn't want to talk about it. Because it hurts to know that not only Buffy was ripped from paradise, but that she'd prefer it over living.
