Wish someone would do a video about the boots -- I understand some of them are generations old, handed down from Aggie to future Aggies.

Yes, some of them are donated to students that can’t afford to purchase them. My son graduated in 2015, his boots cost me $1,400.00. He won’t let his go, he’s built a Corps shrine around them.

My son is class of '17. You get them custom made at Holick's. I put money down on them starting first weekend of his fish (freshman) year and got it all paid by Junior year. As the man said below, $1400, but money well spent. I know some of his classmates wore their Grandfather's and fathers boots. No where else like A&M. Gig Em Aggies!

Was looking for my friend Gen who went to A&M Galveston but I didn't see her. So if anyone noticed a tiny little Korean girl in white let me know.

If you want to join the military (a noble endeavor in my view) why not just enlist or apply to one of the service academies? I'm not sure I'm a fan of ROTC programs at civilian campuses. Either rise up through the enlisted ranks and go for a commission or apply to the Naval Academy, West Point, or the Air Force Academy.

This college prepares them for serving in the military.
And with recruitment at an all time low, would you prefer people to just jump in and then wash out because they weren't ready?

ROTC produces 75% of Army officers.

      Dumbest comment I’ve ever seen.

Thanks for filming. Being a product of both the Corp and Navy AOCS, I can assure you 3 months in Pensacola was a pleasure cruise compared to a year as a fish.
