6. SOUNDBITE (English) Josh Brown, University of Michigan student:
“Now, with regards to this encampment specifically, it makes it very difficult to get around campus. So, especially for students with disabilities. So, if you have a wheelchair or you have something else, it's very difficult for them to go through campus right now.”

STORYLINE:
A University of Michigan student who supports Israel positioned himself outside a pro-Palestinian encampment in the center of campus on Wednesday.
Josh Brown said “there are a lot of Jewish and Zionist students walking through campus, and I don't want them to only exclusively be bombarded by this,” motioning to the encampment.
Organizers of the protest camp pledged to remain inside what has been labeled the “Liberated Zone” until the Ann Arbor university divests from companies that the students say are profiting from Israel’s war in Gaza.
Many of the students refused to identify themselves, saying they feared retribution from the university or law enforcement.

Commend the young man for his courage
Nothing like courage they want to cry victim when touched
The 2 of them don't look like they "feel" threaten or harass rather they are the ones that attack the student encampment.
How is standing peacefully with an Israeli flag “attacking” an encampment?
If he thinks this is bad, he should go to the west bank and check out the settler encampments there and see how difficult it is for people to get around..
Idk how much experience you have in active combat zones, but it is typically hard to get around in them. You know when it wasn’t hard to get around the West Bank? The day before Hamas terrorists attacked Israel.
If the want to counter protest, why not set up a camp across ? In that way, both sides get to exercise their right of free speech
