Regarding Kayshmoo. Nobody is going to read this anyway, but here goes. I was in the ZG that this happened in, right after ZG was released. It was a guild run, not GDKP, although it was agreed upon prior to raid that the Tiger and Raptor only would go to highest bidder, not roll or DKP. We get to the boss he “forgot” to put on ML. Everyone rolls for it and he actually won the roll, cool easy fix since the master looter won the item and can now bid it off. Except he says actually I think I want to keep it since I fairly won the roll. Bready/ Breidox was far from happy as he brought the most gold with him. Kayshmoo gets gkicked and the rest is history. I’m guessing this won’t be seen but whatever had to get the correct story out.
Hope he never finds people to play with again. Clearly with an attitude like that, he ain't got nobody to play with from IRL. Dude literally ninjas all the time and makes the lamest excuses. I'm glad I play on a Pserver where ninja looting gets you a ban.

The entire mage timeline section is my absolute favorite part of this whole series. The music, the way he shot it, the exposition, I love it all. It gets my juices flowing in all the right places.

They joined in & we hosted it on our 80 inch TV-screen that we normally use to have a clear overview off all the statistics. Ordered lunch. Boss came along and asked wtf we were doing. After 5 min explaining whats up, he joined in as well. We have now finished this 48 min masterpieace. My boss does not even play wow (older generation that hates video games). Gonna be honest, seeing a Pink Pigtailed Gnome in that shot around 30:40 gave me flashbacks of a certain fiasco with a Mageblade, and it made the scenario of getting revenge on a previous guild member that much more hilarious.
WARNING! CYBER- **crud wrong script** SPOILERS AHEAD! First video, I could articulate how I felt. I felt I could do my thoughts justice. Second video, I could still articulate how I felt. It was hard, but I felt like I could muster the words to give adequate praise. …You really made it challenging this time, Barny. This video deviated miles away from what I was expecting. Both in terms of the actual content, and in terms of expectations. Be it assassination antics, good ol’ Classic WoW drama or just random fun characters, the way you present some of these stories was reminiscent of the older videos in the series. Of course, all with that little bit of machinima polish. I’m sorry, did I say ‘little bit’? I meant HOLY FU- I thought I was blown away by the Anachronos cutscene at the start. And by all means, that was a really enticing intro - characterising this random dragon through this interaction, giving life to your journey in this series, it was wonderful. If I was blown away by that, then nothing could’ve prepared me for the alternate timeline plot. The concept of Mage Barny becoming the antithesis of everything Rogue Barny had become, self-sufficiency supplanting community, tying in earlier plots surrounding the sand, all of it seeming to form a coherent narrative. And then, the gift from Hanginghaze coming back. Community dominating self-sufficiency. A display of why Classic WoW is as great as it is, and the realisation that through this element of community, there is power beyond yourself. Power even beyond your guild. And that when faced with 29 challenges the community will be the only light keeping the Scarab Lord dream alive. That machinima, man. That machinima was (and I don’t use this word lightly) perfect. I guess I don’t need to talk about expectations, do I? Yeah, they got blown out of the water. Again. And the same is gonna happen tomorrow, isn’t it? Barny, this is the best WoW video I’ve ever seen. And that means this had to top Uberdanger’s Finale, so yeah, this was REALLY good. I’m so stoked for tomorrow. (Also you got rank 14??? Yo what?)

After my third watch of the video I can only conclude that the poem which I have dubbed "Do not eat the sand" is actual fire and I am genuinely impressed by Barny's wide array of talents.

I love the attention to detail in these videos, like where in the Mage Timeline bit the "welcome" in "welcome to my world (of warcraft)" is still stylized in the way Barny would introduce zones in previous videos. Also the Darkmoon Deck of Portals which was foreshadowed from day 1. I may not play WoW anymore, but I fucking love this series to bits.

re: Kayshmoo (24:43). small correction. the item did not time out exactly, what happened was the loot was switched to need-before-greed for trash and it mistakenly wasn't switched back to master loot for the boss. it became a roll-off where kayshmoo won the mount. tsc immediately kicked him and made it very public which made kaysh's WoW life incredibly hard afterwards (: . kaysh told me that he considered opening a ticket to have the mount reassigned, but gave up & closed the ticket after a few days of getting hate from all of Grobb. though i really cant be arsed looking up footage from years ago, i have seen footage from the ZG "tiger ninja" run and it's in TSC officer chat somewhere (i don't have access to that chat anymore but i'm sure if you were really curious, and if it hasn't been deleted, you could ask ujay or breidox or someone...) kayshmoo and i are acquaintances and he sent me his own footage as he usually streamed and recorded his game time. it's unlisted on his channel, so it's very possible he has deleted it since 2020. i'm sure nobody will bother reading the comment but hey! its out there. i did my part or something. bonus: a short quote from kayshmoo in a conversation i had with him on the 3rd of august, 2020. Honestly I'm in shock. I'm still processing all that I just watched. It was amazing, epic, beautiful. It was like being 10 y/o and watching Avatar for the first time all over again. And the best part, it isn't over yet! To be fair, when he said there was no way he had been playing all this time hiding the scarab in his bank, I'm pretty sure that was sus already. I'm blown away by this series. I used to watch Barney back when he made LoL vids as Keyori, and I randomly stumbled upon this series in my recommended videos. I'm only on Episode 3 at the time of writing this, but I am ENTHRALLED. This is the "Swampletics" of Classic WoW, and that is quite possibly the highest laud I can give. I don't even play WoW.

This was so good. I didn't think you could do anything to rival the Beekeper sum of gold reveal which was legendary with the Arthas theme, but then that whole sequence of reviving and the Bury the Light was epic. Fucking great job.

re: Kayshmoo (24:43). small correction. the item did not time out exactly, what happened was the loot was switched to need-before-greed for trash and it mistakenly wasn't switched back to master loot for the boss. it became a roll-off where kayshmoo won the mount. tsc immediately kicked him and made it very public which made kaysh's WoW life incredibly hard afterwards (: . kaysh told me that he considered opening a ticket to have the mount reassigned, but gave up & closed the ticket after a few days of getting hate from all of Grobb.
though i really cant be arsed looking up footage from years ago, i have seen footage from the ZG "tiger ninja" run and it's in TSC officer chat somewhere (i don't have access to that chat anymore but i'm sure if you were really curious, and if it hasn't been deleted, you could ask ujay or breidox or someone...)
kayshmoo and i are acquaintances and he sent me his own footage as he usually streamed and recorded his game time. it's unlisted on his channel, so it's very possible he has deleted it since 2020.
i'm sure nobody will bother reading the comment but hey! its out there. i did my part or something.

I'm blown away by this series. I used to watch Barney back when he made LoL vids as Keyori, and I randomly stumbled upon this series in my recommended videos. I'm only on Episode 3 at the time of writing this, but I am ENTHRALLED. This is the "Swampletics" of Classic WoW, and that is quite possibly the highest laud I can give. I don't even play WoW.

This was so good. I didn't think you could do anything to rival the Beekeper sum of gold reveal which was legendary with the Arthas theme, but then that whole sequence of reviving and the Bury the Light was epic. Fucking great job.
Omfg... this.... was one heck of a vid.....the anticipation to it, the opening teasing/spoiling of the forth vid, the little skits, the (little) stories which makes WoW (and your vids lol) great, coming back with the timelines (which was imo the best part) everything together with the background music at the perfect times (honestly I lost my sh*t when the DmC Songs hit). Just everything coming full circle and its perfectly edited.
No offense to any other WoW Classic content creators you're all great BUT.... this vid series is the best among them In My Opinion (feel like I have to say that....)
