KONGRES VIENNA (1815-1848): Pemulihan Semula Sempadan dan Perintah selepas Perang Napoleon
Kongres Vienna ialah satu pertemuan antarabangsa yang pertama kali diwujudkan di Eropah dalam usaha mencari kesepakatan antara kuasa besar Eropah untuk memulihkan keamanan Eropah selepas Perang Revolusi Perancis yang dikenali sebagai Perang Napoleon (1799-1815). Selepas kekalahan Napoleon Bonaparte dalam Perang Waterloo, empayar Perancis yang menaungi Eropah secara rasminya jatuh. Napoleon Bonaparte telah dibuang negeri ke Pulau Saint Helena.
Dari sinilah wujudnya, kesepakatan kuasa-kuasa besar Eropah seperti Austria (Klemens Von Metternich), Prussia (Raja Frederick William III), Tsar Alexander I (Rusia), Robert Steward Castlereagh (Britain) dan Charles Maurice de Talleyrand (Perancis) telah duduk semeja berbincang sesama mereka untuk mengembalikan Eropah berteraskan tiga prinsip utama:
Kesahan (Legitimacy)
Keseimbangan Kuasa (Balance of Power)
Ganti Rugi (Indemnity)
Pakatan Suci (Holy Alliance)

CONGRESS OF VIENNA (1815-1848): Restoration of Borders and Order after the Napoleonic Wars
The Congress of Vienna was an international meeting that was first created in Europe in an effort to find an agreement between the major European powers to restore European peace after the French Revolutionary War known as the Napoleonic War (1799-1815). After the defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte at the Battle of Waterloo, the French empire that overshadowed Europe officially fell. Napoleon Bonaparte was exiled to Saint Helena Island.
This is where it comes from, the agreement of major European powers such as Austria (Klemens Von Metternich), Prussia (King Frederick William III), Tsar Alexander I (Russia), Robert Steward Castlereagh (Britain) and Charles Maurice de Talleyrand (France) have sat at the same table discuss among themselves to restore Europe based on three main principles:
Legitimacy
Balance of Power (Balance of Power)
Indemnity
Holy Alliance
