Guys I have a theory: The pod (big boss) is the PZ leader. Agent Peter stole his body only to transform it into the pod(big boss). The PZ leader might not be back to life but he is able to communicate through the pod with the hackers and is trying to separate the spy ninjas by having Melvin PZ9 the best fighter back on his team and create a new and improved project zorgo organization. Agent Peter doesn’t know this but the big boss developed a voice and plans to get rid of Agent peters, since he doesn’t want him being leader. Then, the PZ leader will target Melvin and when he is gone too, the “big boss” will take back control of PZ.
