Great video and very similar to my template that I set up for my wildcard. I did go for maddison and muniz for garnacho and isak to attack this coming gw.

1st FPL content I've watched since a disastrous GW29. Solid. My enthusiasm is renewed and I'm psyched about the prospects coming down the home stretch.
Wildcard now, get 15 players to double for 34 and bench boost, free hit 37, my plan from day 1 and im sticking to it
Always change your plan if a better opportunity arises. That opportunity is the Chelsea Spurs double and the Spurs blank. The way to take advantage of this is to FH34, BB37.

great content! my plan was to WC30, BB34 and FH37 but i changed my mind with your video. i am now going to WC30, FH34 and BB37. but i am going with Maddison and Muniz. i will be downgrading Saka to Garnacho and upgrade Muniz to Isak GW33

I agree with your take of targeting Arsenal and Liverpool attack on free hit. Crystal Palace and Everton have poor attacks, but defensively they're fine. My wildcard team is very similar to yours too. I have enough to go Kelleher and Trippier if he's fit over Onana and Ait-Nouri

I'm looking to take a - 4 in GW31. Still not decided on my chip strategy, but i think i should be able to get to a team similar to what most would Free Hit into in 34.

Watchlist:
- I'm big on Solanke to end the season strongly and remain a differential.
- Ait Nuri and Virgil/White are my most likely next DF transfers
- 2 of Saka, Gordon, Havertz, Eze are coming in.
- I'm actually considering going without Haaland (May also have him back for Luton in 31 😅). If I somehow dont bring Haaland back in, it'll be for Isak (long term) or Darwin (short term).
Thanks for a great video! About Watkins being good vs strong opposition. From a fpl pov pretty much all his hauls has been vs easier oppositions. So him having a rough run-in will surely be bad for him. Agree with your opinion of him being a good option but most certainly not a go-to option if you're on a wildcard
Morning mate! On the Wc30 strategy with you but doing something different! Going to BB37 and FH 38 think this strategy is slept on, transfer out Arsenal and Liverpool players in 35 for double 37 players then free hit them back in for insane GW38 fixtures

Great team but no point having ait nouri if you're free hitting in 34 imo. Also, event if it's against city; starting saka ahead of garnacho feels like a no brainer for me
I have the exact same drafts as you! Only difference is I have trippier over bradley and im punting on kelleher who becomes either ederson or onana in 33

Great vid! If you do maddison/muniz, you would have an option to go to Foden.
So it's Darwin vs Maddison/foden and garnacho vs Muniz ... that's rough a choise.
I have been an engaged manager all year. But i ha e taken some clear advice from TH-camrs: Hold your transfers.
Well, when 80% of the player base move early, this happens:
The 2 players you want to buy go up 0.1M each. The players you want to sell drop 0.1M each.
That is 0.3-0.4M lose in team value alot.
So then in GW30 Raptor have this team +1.4M ITB, while i cannot afford this team with 0.8M to downgrade someone.
Next year i will move early on guaranteed transfers. I will get burnt 1-2 in the season, but i will have 2-2.5M more to spend from GW30-38 were «all the action» is
I'd recommend checking price changes throughout the week on Fantasy Football Hub. Their price change predictions are 98% accurate. That way you can strike a balance between waiting for team news when you need to, and moving early when you need to
Hey Ross, I've got Pickford since gw7/8 , got really good points through him and I kinda wanna keep him. So which gk could be the ideal pairing for him , especially in gameweek37 for bench? boosting

I was on the same strategy but I don’t have my FH so I’ve decided to wildcard in 35.
I should have 7 DGW players in 34.
Current plan TC 34, WC 35 and BB 37.

Quite pleased that I only have 10 players the same as this. Suggests there are some ways everyone doesn’t end up with the same squad. Think you mentioned my 5 other player (kelleher Dalot Gabriel Richarlison Muniz) so they aren’t terrible ideas.
Great if you could do a strategy for WC and BB only (I take it a lot of players have used FH already)
I m going to BBGW34 and WC35/36.
I have a lot of players who are already doubling GW34, just need to bring a few more players in.
If I was to ask you who you think will win the league this season and your answer is city, my question would be is having only Haaland from Man City at this stage of the title race make sense?
Haaland & Foden, but can understand just Haaland with a midfield 5 of Salah, Saka, Son, Palmer, Gordon for example.
Going without Haaland this week on wildcard, will bring him in next week, who should I have as a one week punt this week, Watkins vs Solanke vs Muniz?

Tempted to save my wildcard for gw35. My defence is poor but I don't need wholesale changes right now. The free hit is there for 34. Could wc in 35 or 36 to be sure of 14 doublers plus Salah.

I'm thinking of playing fh in 34 but wc in 35/36 to set me up nicely in 37 with BB, 3 city players, 3 chelsea, 3 tottenham, salah, and 4 more doublers.
Now THIS is like my wildcard team, my only changes are Bradley, Ait Nouri, Garnacho and Isak to Robinson, Gabriel, Richarlison and Muniz so we have the same core team
Great wildcard, I’m on the same strategy. I’m keeping Watkins this week and starting with Muniz. Watkins becomes Halaand. Muniz become Isak in couple of week as well as Saka becomes Foden. This allows me to have Maddison instead of Garnacho, but means I gotta go dubravka instead of Onana. Gets me 12 doublers and plus Salah and Ait Nouri at home BB 37! No Hits as well!
I have transferd in Salah en Palmer for the Bruyne and Maddison. I only have bench boost left, which I plan to use in 34 sice I'll have 12 dgw players then. 37 I'll have less but still a very decent amound😇

Brilliant video, as per usual, Ross. Why don't you try a No-Haaland draft again? I feel there are gains there:
1. Captaincy - 30+31- Salah, 32 - Son, 33 - Salah, 34 Salah, 35 Isak/Hojlund have great home fixtures. 36 - Son or Palmer anyways. Realisticallyup until DGW37 you don't need Haaland.
2. Rotation - The UCL Quarters sandwich GW33 - Luton at home for City. The UCL Semis sandwich Wolves at home in GW36. Now, a lot of people will say that last year Haaland was not rotated that much. True, but last year he did not have an injury, which for him is an anomaly, usually he is injury prone.
This will open cash for players like Hojlund, Trippier, maybe a Trent, most likely not. And you have the easy 37 route from Salah to Haaland anyways.
I'm going without Haaland in my GW30 Wildcard. I'm planning to bring him back in GW33 for Luton but will depend on situation around that time

We made the same wildcard, the only difference is that i went for solanke + richarlison instead of haaland + garnacho, as i think they will outscore them over the next 2, my plan is to sell saka + solanke in gw33 to bring back haaland.
I think you should think about it, you are sitting in 91k, you can't get to a very nice rank without making wild plans

hello, i also plan to wildcard on gw30, but i am having an issue with my team value, its currently worth 104m but when i empty the team to make transfers it only gives me 102m to spend not 104m. Any advice or tips on this?

Like your Gabriel-less idea to fit-in more DGW defenders. My WC30 have Maddison/Muniz, and I plan to bring-in Haaland to replace Watkins on week 31. My concern is Foden's minutes in the long-term given Champions League rotation, considering Fernandes & Hojlund too, Arsenal on DGW37 though. Do u think Fernandes worth a punt to out-score template Foden week33-37 (excluding FH34)?

Wildcard should have been used a week before a double week so u could bench boost on the double week along with full team off doublers
If you don’t have bench boost to worry about - just WC and FH - would it make sense to WC31, bench Chelsea and spurs in GW34 and then FH in GW37? Can load up on Liverpool and avoid Man United and Newcastle assets for now.
