Муравей хорош! Я обмотки пером павлина делаю вместе с монтажной нитью. Руки похоже чувствуют силу натяжения пера, а с нитью получается без обрывом. Вам успехов и ждем новых мух!!!
100% Exactly the same way of tying I have seen from Barry Ord Clarke and Davie McPhail. Only they didn't use peacock herl but an ostrich feather. Tight lines 🎣 from the Čech Republic 🇨🇿.
I have been buying foam ants, but lately the prices have been going up. I believe I paid $1.30 for one that was not this intricate. I am going to have to buy some supplies and tie up a bunch of these.
William: your ant pattern is one of my favorite ant patterns. I have added an additional step by adding a florescent hot spot on the shank behind the rear body section.
I tied a bunch of these......great looking pattern!! My first chance to try it was last week on a local river. The water was up and I saw a nice rise along the bank.......second cast and I had a nice 16" brown trout. This fly will see lots of use!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you very much for your quick response. I am starting to fly fish and I have no experience in mounting any kind of flies. I would ask you if you can make me some flies that I ask you, logically paying all the expenses on my part. I am not trained to be able to make those flies I want them to fish for barbels and carp in rivers and reservoirs, murky waters in the river and something more clear in reservoirs. Thank you Gustavo
where do u get the foam like that i found thin ones which work good for some patterns but the thick 1 like that is so freakin overpriced online its just foam
Fantástico ,Williams ..felicitaciones, se ve muy real. Una pregunta: de que material hiciste las patas de insecto? Saludos. Gracias por compartir este hermoso arte.

Hello, good morning, my name Gustavo Diaz and I want to tell you that I love your dry fly with wing. Could you tell me if you sell it?
Thank you
No, I'm sorry. I don't sell flies.
Could you please do a video on “the egg laying stonefly”? I’m dying to try that pattern!
amazing!!!!
Thank you for posting this fabulous video.

Its beautiful sir...
By cutting the foam on an angle this will reduce bulk when tying it on the hook.
Beautiful! What kind or brand of hair stacker was that? Thanks William 👍🐜
c&f design. thanks! :)
Good morning, I have never ridden a fly, so I don't know how to do it. Would you please sell me some?

I could not understand some of what you said due to your accent. what were you using for those white wings?
everything is in the description😅
Hello Visco. The wing feathers are normal hen hackle feathers, nothing special.
Tight lines 🎣 from the Čech Republic 🇨🇿.
Indian cape white.
