Because of your vids I'm looking into buying an xbox series x so I can hop on GoW 3 after 10 years. This is def the best Gears of War, it's got everything right. Game was incredible when it was new, still looks fun
1000 percent agree. Also, gears 2 could be equal if it was not on host. Gears 2 Characters sped slightly up and shotty more like gears 3 shotty. Then gears 2 would be neck and neck with gears 3. Basically, alls gears 3 needed was to make hammerburst and retro a pick up. Also, the dreaded sceen shake on gears 3 (though that never bothered me or alot of people) The only edge I'd give gears 2 over gears 3 is the campaign and the multiplayer maps. But that's just my opinion.
Amazing game my one problem truly was going against tbagging stacked teams playing quick play like its ranked with money on the line abusing retro and active reload lancers as if it takes skill to win with such a stacked team yes i have ptsd because a solo que player can only do so much. Still other than that great game

one thing the new gears games lack is brutality, every time marcus dies or receives damage you can feel his agony, in the new games he just oomphs

Yeah I personally think 3 was the best, but GoW2 definitely had some awesome maps, and definitely the best story.

FACTS GEARS 3 HAS THE BEST LANCER, 5 just wasn't it especially the amount of bullets it takes to kill a downed enemy is HORRIBLE
