I think you dont need either... after enough spas and face lifted as well as other treatments, you may get both! the real challenge is to edit hundreds of hours of footage... or finding someone willing to do that much work 😂
I always really appreciate how at the start of every session, the professional you’re visiting gets a moment to talk about their skills and their business before starting the treatment. Not only is it INCREDIBLY relaxing in my opinion, but I also believe it’s such a nice way of supporting someone or lifting them up a bit to let them talk about their passion like this. May she keep that same level of joy and pride for what she does for many years to come!

I love how Funatsu san uses her whole body to move while she's doing the massage and not just her arms. It must help reduce fatigue for her when she's working all day. Her service looks amazing and I bet she has quite the waiting list.

She clearly has great passion for what she does, her students are so fortunate to have such a good teacher.
The color in the room is like cherry blossoms melting into soft velvety peach skin. I could sink into that color and softness and keep that feeling with me for the rest of my life.
A lot of these massages forget the jawline. I carry a lot of stress and tension in my jaw from TMJ problems, so those massages over the jawline look absolutely heavenly. Overall, a beautiful massage. You can tell she’s a pro.

I use to watch other ASMR channels but did not get the tingles and relaxation. I fall asleep every night to ASMR Twix channel as if I’m getting the massage. So very soothing and the Japanese approach to massage, and probably most things, is very polite, professional and informative. And Twix is absolutely a beautiful young lady!

Man, I have watched a LOT of Twix videos (and many other ASMRtists besides) and this might be the very best I've ever seen. It's obvious Funatsu-san is passionate with the experience and knowledge to back up her techniques. Amazing.

I know you include subtitles in between to kind of share your thoughts but what if at the end of the video you did like soft spoken part where you share your thoughts throughout your massage. I want to phrase this the best I can, because I’m truly curious. Do many estheticians in Japan perform a décolleté massage below the towel line?
I ask because the ones I’ve had where I live in the US usually keep it to the neck and a very little v shape into the upper chest.
I could see the broader coverage being a more beneficial treatment, if someone can see beyond their personal modesty. This woman is fantastic.

I don’t think other languages sound as sweet and relaxing at this quiet /whispering level. It might be a bias as my brain just hears the sounds for what they are and isn’t able automatically translate meaning. Oh well 😅

Interesting to observe her using the shake technique for this treatment. I work as a birth doula, and we use a gentle jiggle on the body to release tension in the fascia, relax muscles and calm the mother. It works amazingly well for birth!!
