do you remember the shortcut file he made in the beginning of the vid? Drag it to your desktop and use it when you enter the game, therefore it will work in mutiplayer. The launcher is only for update.

yo actually run the video test instead of skipping it and choose DDraw D2GL in the option if you want to use DDraw
