I've experienced this in family dynamics and toxic workplaces, let me tell you, bravery is not always easy and you can certain ruffle feathers if you stand up for what's right.
There is no objective right and wrong. But if your morals are aligned with good principles. Like that - treat others like you want to be treated yourself. Then follow your inner sense of "right". Be truthful to yourself.
