Listening to this after using SynthV Pro, I'm even more impressed than before with the tuning and how... PERFECT everything is. How the hell do you tune in SynthV??? :(
adam's vocals in the original are extremely autotuned so i turned off ai pitch tuning and pretty much fully relied on notebends here. it's a technique i carried over from using vocaloid, you can break the start/end of the note using by right clicking a note and hitting Split Note and dragging the new note where i want it for example at 1:09 "as they try to teach me how to dance" could just be 9 notes with manual drawn tuning, but i split "they", "me" and "how" to create the extra bends there because i prefer to do it that way for some things like "earth turns [slowly]" having a slow pitch down i'll manually draw it in but most of the time i'm using this notebending technique!

A tutorial is a bit out of the scope of this channel ,though maybe i could touch on my techniques on my alt channel at some point I tend to start my process in FL Studio (my daw of chouce) by making the vocal MIDI in a pattern w/ a simple instrument (i.e. 3xOsc on fl) i export the midi and import it into synthv, input all the lyrics (+ can be used to split multiple syllables, i.e. "birthday" spread across two notes would be [birthday] [+]. - can be used to hold the current syllable in another note) in the case of this cover i actually used the acapella for Fireflies as reference and tuned/split notes to match the pitch better ( see my replies to this comment th-cam.com/video/EQIbsz69o_4/w-d-xo.html&lc=UgwSeE-FlA0U36hBGq14AaABAg ) then i just render all the tracks out, throw them into fl over the original/custom instrumental, and then mix them until they sound nice. i'm not all that great with mixing yet so i'm not the best person to ask abt that, look @ mixing tutorials on yt if you have any questions feel free to ask and i'll answer as best i can :)
i do not have a render on hand right now unfortunately, but there are online and offline youtube downloaders you can use to download it (search "youtube to mp3" on google) all i ask is that you don't reupload it anywhere but if you're just using it for local listening purposes then it's all good! thank you for watching ❤

This is a good vocal cover. Gosh, I wish you made a tutorial on how to make covers in SynthV because I'm having a hard time doing it.
