I'm still wondering how she didn't get that far in the industry. I mean she was doing pretty well at the age of 16 or 17 that time, making her own songs and got that amazing live vocals. She deserves better for sure.
Life is always humbling. But am more than certain with more personal experience she’ll WRITE, SING, PRODUCE another hit that will make her fruitful for many more years to come. I always think about the movie “I could Only Imagine” when he had the words all along, but it was about going deep into your soul and delivering. In Gods timing Paula, make sure to “pour your heart and tears on to a page” the world is waiting.
I remember her from MySpace times. Roll The Credits, Why Would I Ever and When It Was Me had millions of listens on there and by now have gathered many views on TH-cam as well over the past years. A handful of NeYo's demos were even handed to her. I wonder what happened behind the scenes that she got dropped, because her songs did play on radios and MTV.
Shakira was not harsh at all. She was honest, and people don't like honesty especially about their flaws. She fell for Blake's lie about victory because she thought he would give her an easy path.
She's amazing! I love Walk Away (Remember Me) she introduced me into R&B
I'm still listening to her til th😅s day
Omg , I always listen to her song ‘roll the credits’ I even listened to it on the way home today ❤️❤️
I love her song walk away
I love how humble she is

She probably didnt sell her soul.
@@maryanneg6067 ain't that the truth. Sometimes dipping your feet first before staying on the waters is better.
in the music industry the competition is very though especially you are competing against big and established star.
At age 16 she made that song??? What😍😍she’s so talented I love that song
Whaaaaat! she is still my ringtone lmao
No one recognised her!?
My favorite song 💕 PAULA DEANDA WALK AWAY

I love Paula!!!!
I can't believe she rejected Shakira.....BIG MISTAKE....
Totally. Her connection in Latin music is massive and Paula could've easily made a comeback.
i really love your songs!❤️
Her face still young even 1 decade but she still have young soul
Should've picked Shakira as her coach. Blake dropped her like a rock so quickly SMH
Shakira stole alot of years old song and made it her own to sing at the Soccer World Cup in South Africa...and it is an African song 🤦
Paula Deanda 😍😍😍😍
She has some great songs, loe roll the credits
Finally someone who knows roll the credits that was my fave song even tho it was underrated
5:24 Blake should not have said that. What a trick. He let Sisaundra slayed her the next round............
My IDOL.😍😍😍
Wish she sang the song she had written 💕🥰 it would be a total eargasm #doingtoomuch
She is amazing! I love her

I think shakira was a bit too harsh with her criticism. Even I cringed a little bit.
On the other hand, Blake made her feel confident.
Shakira said her transitions to falsetto voice had some issues but she would work with her together to improve it. What's "too harsh" about that?
He gave her false hope.

@@vsfs.compendium shakira has been a huge star but she's not a great vocalist so it's a bit rich coming from her
well she is very amazing.. how could she be proving herself this time when she is who she is from way back then...
Wait wait wait wait a MINUTE!!! This is Backwards ----- But she was ONLY 16 Dafoq
I was expecting Usher to recognize her, they were kinda musically in the same box
instant regret when they turned 🤣
she sold over 2 million in singles and they dropped her
Well it's okay. I daresay she was way more successful during her short stint than any of the voice winners. 😂
Usher definitely recognized her
I mean she even had a feature with Lil Wayne and Bow Wow lmao
they didnt know who she is?
even i recognize her and she didn't have a big hit here in the UK
but Paula Deanda roasts to fame the same year as those judges like Shakira. i wondered what happen to her career
damn thats bitter
Do I need a mirror to have this flipped. Lol. Jk
Paula should have chosen Shakira instead
