I feel so bad for today’s players, winning an AVP in 2023 gets you the same purse or LESS than in 2006! They had REAL sponsors back then: McDonalds, Bud Light, Jose Cuervo, Crocs, Xbox, etc. Now outside of Monster Energy the best sponsors they can scrape up are tiny. I just don’t get it…Is there NO ONE capable of marketing this amazing sport in today’s economy?!?!?
