The more you watch Weili fight the more you see her talent/heart and sportsmanship. She helped the other fighter up after submitting her. Weilli has never really "walked through" her opponents. She's always had to work through and earn the wins. Which isn't something you could say for Rhonda Rousey in her first 13 UFC fights. It was like she was never challenged. Always getting 1st round quick victories. Making the fights look fixed. Dana White needs to bring in more Chinese talent. I think they DO exist. Do a UFC show (forget the name of the show where there are two teams of amateurs coached by a UFC champ)...but have MMA people from around the world. Not just from the US. Sent talent scouts out looking around the world... Bring in Angela Lee....I'm sure Dana has heard of her...sign her up immediately...she trains in Hawaii some of the time....Like to see Weili vs Angela Lee.

Stamp & Angela Lee would be stomped by the top 10. Angela's striking is very bad & Stamp ground game is years behind. They only shine in one FC but will be cans in UFC

thank god she pulled that takedown because there was no way she was getting any further on her feet. mazar was just as fast as she is but far bigger and stronger and a very accurate striker. this is an impressive win by weili and it kind of seems to me, in retrospect, she's faced more adversity in the lesser ranks than she does in the UFC. or maybe it just seems that way because she's progressed so much since her earlier fights.

Joanna doesn't like to get cracked, and weili will be too physical for her. I do agree Joanna has slightly more crisp striking, it won't be enough tho.

If you analyze her game, she is often wide open for shots, but knockout power is virtually non existent in the women's straw weight, so she is able to roll with the punches, her striking techniques are rudimentary nowhere near Shevchenko level, if she was fighting a man who can punch twice as hard as she does, she would be knocked out in the first few exchanges. This is why you don't see males exchanging punches like that, her style is suicidal but it fits the women's game.
Shes always in attack mode. Not concerned about defense. She gets hit a whole lot is hope JJ doesn't hit the right button and knocks her out. She does have an iron jaw tho

She is going to ragdoll JJ if she gets a hand on her, and that is likely the plan for JJ is to stay within her boxing range and tag Weili, the problem is JJ will not be able to knock her out and she will have to outpoint her and maintain her distance, not easy to do.
Wei Li seems to have different modes for different opponents. If you watch how she dismantled Andrade, Wei Li was very defensive, going for the counter punches with a tight defensive game. This fight was 4 years ago in 2016, and Wei Li's stand up game has improved significantly since then. Hedging your bets on JJ by watching 2016 Wei Li is not a good idea.

Maira began explosive, was worried for Weili for a moment, don't know what happened to Maira, but looked like she spend up her energy and lost focus.
She is tough and her strikes have so much power. ESP her leg kicks. Her leg kicks will tear acls easily
