ginger garlic paste in not compulsory in pakoda recipe and not the curd or baking soda required . and black pepper are not used in curry specially in Punjabi style it can b easier than what you done in this .I used to see your all videos bt this one is not good recipe

There was issue with viscosity in the curry. Overall mine was 2/5 :/
