The version shown here is top40-60 but after buffs it will be no more than top20

This gameplay isn't bad, but I honestly preferred the older version In terms of how creative and dynamic the gameplay felt. I feel like the first 50% of this version doesn't capture the intensity of the song as well as the original. ** And by original, I'm referring to the Snowblind layout showcased on DashY's channel on September 3rd 2021.
The break part at 36% was just generally much more dynamic in the original, aside from the cube floating. It synced better, there were more gravity switches, and I feel like that really captured the feeling of the song there. I think if there were more inputs and gravity changes, it would be more interesting. Not too much though since it's a break part obviously.
And in the part from 43 to 48%. In the original, the intensity of the gameplay was much greater, with the orb teleports, and the general tempo of the level- which I think fits the song better than the slower and less intense gameplay of the remake. Not sure how exactly it played from a gameplay perspective, but from a looks perspective it looked more creative and interesting to me.
And again, for the 2nd break at 54% it just felt a little bit boring with the full auto gravity portals at 56%. The original had more gameplay and the auto part just makes the level feel slower.
** In regard to the part from 71 to 72% I liked the original better, since it went down for a moment, and then went into a few consistency clicks. But in the remake, it doesn't go down in the same way and just immediately goes into wave spam, but it's kinda curved? I just like the previous version better honestly.
Even in the transition to the break part at 72%; in the original, it has size changes for much longer than here, playing into the effect in the audio to the maximum. In the remake, there's significantly fewer size changes, and doesn't fully utilize the effect. But the rest of the break part is fine.
In summary, I feel like the intensity of the song isn't captured as well in the remake as it does in the original. This version feels a little flow-ier, and slower. While the original still has that same flow, but everything feels sharper and more intense.
Additionally, I apologize for the long comment- I've just felt very passionate about this level from the first time I saw it. And I just wouldn't feel right if I didn't get my feedback out there. Thanks for reading, and keep up the good work! 🫡
Good points, most that I can agree with. However, the main reason why so many parts such as the old 70 wave or the 43-48 section were changed so much was because of how poorly they played in the original version. I was aiming the level to be fun, while interesting to watch but it only succeeded in the latter. The 70 wave click pattern was really awkward and played differently in pretty much every attempt. Most of the old parts were also made in a really messy way with a lot of bugs and unnecessary objects (d block spam etc.). Therefore it was a lot logical to just entirely remake all the outdated parts to newer fashion. There are parts we're still considering of changing a bit such as the slow floaty break part at 35 as people seemed to like the old one more. Thanks for the feedback though, it's appreciated. I can promise you that this version is a lot better, though maybe not as intense to look at as the original.
