Thanks for the review very informative! I dont understand people complain about the polymer handle. Its very practical and durable and used for firearms also. For around 120 bucks it is good value.
I always think the Deka is like the better Bugout that I would recommend to anyone who's about to buy a bugout for utility. The only reason I got the Bugout instead of the Deka is that X factor and "panache" that makes the Bugout satisfying to the eye and hand. I don't know why but the Bugout just has the lines and class the Deka is missing.
I just got a Kizer Drop Bear with winter storm fat carbon in Elmax steel a few days ago. I absolutely love everything about it and wouldn't change a single thing. Today I received the Hogue Deka magnacut clip point and it just feels like a toy. The locks aren't even close as far a smoothness. If I had the option to get it with fat carbon scales I'm sure it would feel much more sturdy. Why can't the people who want to pay more get the scales they want? Now I will have to put some Goat OG aluminum on it and hope I like it when the Hogue company makes fat carbon that are the ones I would like. Or I'll have to waste until some other company decides to make some decent scales. That was what was so refreshing with the Kizer Drop Bear comes in black/yellow fat carbon with 20cv steel winter storm fat carbon in Elmax steel. Both of those knives come perfect out the box. Sorry if I sound like I'm complaining but I think it is sad when China can get it perfect out the box and Hogue has the materials too release a better product but chose not too. They say because of cost but they could have a cheaper plastic scales model and a fat carbon model for more. I bet the plastic scales model wouldn't have hardly sold. Just my opinion.
I dunno, seems like the Archimede might have made more sense for this review. *lol* Seriously, thanks for the intro to this brand (I had no idea they made knives) and CPM MagnaCut. I just read some nerd specs on the steel, and holy shit. Amazing. This knife needs a cool Ti scale option, but that will follow at some point. This in on my short list. I am in love with that steel.

I just added OG Aluminum scales and will be posting the review next week
@Average Bros I ordered some. Will be looking forward to your review. 👍
Strange from a company that built itself on selling "scales" for guns.
Great vid !
