We are both very much in love with this gorgeous RV! Big shout out to Fleetwood for coming up with a great motorhome floorplan for families without compromising on living space. Let us know what you think about the Discovery LXE 44B down below!
Hahaha "storage for a single DVD" and then "more DVD storage" 😂 man you're such a critic! But I love it, cause you always point out those little things that matter but nobody else really notices. 👍
I believe the Discovery LXE 40G with a separate bunk room would be better. Your son can have his own room and wouldn't have to walk through your room and disturb you guys to get to the go to the kitchen.
We have looked at the 40G. We have three kids and while that central bunk room is nice, there is only one bathroom and there isn't very much storage because it's about 5 feet shorter overall than the 44B. The 44B has a much nicer living area, a bath and a half, and a ton more storage. In fact, we just bought one ;)
Hi!!! This rig is Perfection!!! I have 3 years before I take the big leap to the class A but would have to get a used one to get it in my price range and I’m not too upset about that!💜
Great video! This Fleetwood fits you and your family. I love it myself. When we went and rented an Rv a while ago that’s the kind we rented a Fleetwood Discovery. It was nice and it had bunks too. But this one here is nicer. Beautiful! It fits you. It would be nice to win that lottery. Love your shirts by the way. Hope you have a great day and weekend and see you soon!
Okay firstly I haven’t figured out where to ask questions! Has anyone mounted a ceiling tv mount that will fold up when not in use? I’ve been looking for a video to see how to find where/what to hang it in the bedroom securely. Thank you in advance!
I'm with you Erin it's a perfect rig ! And Ben is so adorable ❤ ill watch him anytime if your in Michigan! God bless ❤️ prayers ❤ your girls are adorable too !
This was our favorite as well!! Love the layout and love that the bunk room is in the back for a couple reasons, one, kids are far away from mom and dad watching TV and two, if anyone were to break in, they’d have to get through us to get to the kids! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great job Fleetwood! We LOVE it! Like you said, it’s beautiful but not gaudy and over the top! Great video guys! 💚
I didn't notice that when we were filming but I also don't like that solution honestly, and we're seeing it more and more in place of side tables. Not only would that be a huge pain with the type of cpap I have, I also use side tables for my glasses, my phone (which is my alarm clock), and a couple other things. I don't think I'm alone in that behavior either. Side tables are very useful and I think manufacturers should try and make them more of a priority.
@@Five2Go I totally agree. I use a CPAP also. The maks I use is ment to go over your head and I have never used it that way. I run the tube against my body because I move it when I move and keeps the tube warm. Definitely wouldn't want it over my head. Also a quick question. I've heard that the build assembly quality in the RVs the last few years have suffered alot. What is your experience if any?
WAYY out of my price range, but a dream for me as well!! We have two boys that would love the bunk room and have a front guest bed if needed for visitors. I love how the bunk room is in the back with a bath between for some privacy and sound blocking. Also, for parents to have a space to stay up talking/playing games/watching tv is awesome with them all the way in back! We have a tiny 28 ft travel trailer right now and the bunks are in the living space so we can’t stay out there while kids are in bed. We do watch tv in our room quietly late at night and just try to stay outside as long as possible before coming in to be confined to our room. I love watching you all and I’m always so excited to see a new video! I feel like I’m hanging out with your family even though I’m in Ohio….freezing! 🤣
Having a proper living room where we can hang out late into the night is super important to us too. Erin and I are both night owls and we catch up on shows and movies after the kiddos are asleep. We loved the separate bunkhouse in our first trailer but this motorhome actually has way more separation from the couch to the kid's room which would be even better. Stay safe and warm up there! I'd try to send you some warmth but it was grey and rainy and only in the 50s down here in Florida. That's Florida Cold, haha!
If they would combine the 40G and put the back bathroom of the 40M on the back (making it a 45ft tag)...that would be the perfect family DP. Make it happen Fleetwood 😁
It's beautiful! Looks spacious and very bright and airy. The only thing that bothers me a bit is how cramped and sparse the children's bunks are compared to how luxurious the adult beds are.
Given how often our kids play under tables and in cabinets... 😂 The bunks are actually pretty large in terms of bed space but there wasn't much floor space around them like you'd have in a bunkhouse in a fifth wheel or other towable. It's definitely a compromise with a motorhome.
It's funny because the travel trailer we are in has c pap cut outs in the closet. It would be prefect for you! "Only" $399k 🤣 we use the cut outs for our phones
The Bounder we have now has huge "side tables" by the bed. It's not just my cpap though - I also charge my phone there, keep my tablet there for reading, and put my glasses there. I know they want to fit king mattresses into these rigs but I'm definitely not the only person that wants some storage by the bed.
@@Five2Go We are only 1 year in full timing & so far very happy with our travel trailer! We store our remotes, phones, smart watch, vitamins & other things in that CPAP cut out! It's like an endless tunnel 🤣 We don't have a king size bed of course but we are content with the bed we have! It almost feels as big as the queen bed we left behind. You definitely do need some good storage & being a slide like you said makes it impossible to improvise! By the way been watching you guys before we left on our journey. You were one of the channels that gave us the inspiration & motivation needed to go full time. THANK YOU!!!!
Sorry, this was another case of getting into an RV and no one else was in there so we kind of rushed to see everything before more people came in. You'll see in some upcoming videos how crowded and loud they can get!
So, Erin...what you're saying is...you like this rig? :) May the lotto deities smile upon you and Fleetwood work you a deal as an ambassador for them, but on your schedule/travel decisions! :)
Haha, she LOVES it! Fleetwood is a great company too, we've really been impressed with our Bounder and all the other models we've seen over the years. We would absolutely love to work with them - we could put one of these through its paces for sure 😂
@@Five2Go I love seeing y'all's joy and honest perspective (and Ben fully checking out the spatial possibilities!)! My husband and I have so much stuff (that we love, so it all brings us joy) we couldn't full-time it in an RV now...but maybe someday a twee B to at least overnight in on the way to somewhere fun. :)
Beautiful rig. I was getting a little seasick with the camera movement though. If one person filmed the other as they looked at the coach it may be easier to watch :)
Sorry about that, we were moving fast because the RV was empty. As you'll see from our other videos from the show sometimes they can be absolutely packed full of people so when we found an empty one we had to move quick!
Oh lord, no. It's way too expensive for us right now! We're happy with our Bounder for now but we're always keeping an eye out for what could be next 😉
They're all growing like weeds! Terra is thisclose to being taller than Erin now 😂 Hopefully we can do a Chinese food night with y'all next time we're in town!
What do you guys think of this bunk set up vs. that in the 40G for kiddos 2 and 9? I was in love with the 40G (i.e., the fact that it closes to make a “room” and you can still access the master), but now think this might be a better set up for security reasons with the kids in the back. Let me know what you think since you’ve seen both in person! I’m hoping someone buys it just like this and resales it shortly thereafter to me! 😂
The 40G has more of a play area (floor) in the bunk room but we like the overall feel of the 44B more when it comes to the living room, kitchen, and bedroom layouts.
I agree with Erin that is my dream. The only difference for me is I don’t need a bunk so I might change that out for something. Who can afford over 500k 😬🤔😳
Someone must be able to afford it because they're making them and selling them! Certainly not us though 😢 It's such a great layout for our family though.
We just hate how the bunkhouse & bedroom are always so close in a class A. It also wouldn't work for us because we have 3 kids & one on the way! This is one of the best class A we have seen & if we only had a few kids it would be amazing! At least the bunkhouse is separated by the bathroom.
The jumps from 2 to 3 to 4 kids really change what works, doesn't it? Finding space for 2 is easy 😂 For our 3 and their ages the beds like this are perfect. It's not ideal to have the bunks so close to the master but there's really nowhere else to put them that doesn't stink (hallway bunks are awful). The main challenge with motorhomes is the cab can't move - you can't do a front master or anything else like you can with towables. We saw a motorhome at the show that may work for 4 kids though, the Thor Outlaw 38KB. It has a garage and what they call a "Sky Bunk". We shot a tour of that too and it'll be out soon.
@@Five2Go will be watching for that video on the Thor Outlaw! I wonder why a master can't go in the front with some sort of sliding partition wall for the cab 🤔 I don't know much about MH's!
@@victorh.l.h.3138 Yeah & even when comparing living room space nothing seems to beat a rear living 5th wheel with slides or even living area in the front of a 5th wheel! I know those usually are not the best floor plans for families but when couples with no kids compare a motor home to a 5th wheel there must be no comparison in size! I guess motorhomes are just easier to deal with and are more luxurious.
Brian mentioned the washer using a lot of water. I forget who it was, but think it was Suite Travels who measured somehow, and said it only used 3 gallons and hand washing took more.
I don’t like the bunks behind the bathroom. If someone is sleeping there and someone else wants to take a shower they’d have to close the bedroom up and it would still get steamed up and damp in the bunk room. If the door is open they’d be able to watch you take a shower or use the toilet.
I love the reviews but can you slow down with the movement please..You don't need to touch everything let your beautiful wife show off the rigs and you film

Big fan of the Fleetwoods. Especially the Flair.
“Please can I keep it?” 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Right!? 🥰😍💙💚💜❤️🔥
The middle cabinet above the bed is made for a CPap, it even had the holes for hoses nicely finished.
Fleetwood was by far the best value really nice I liked the water closet
Beautiful rig!!

We trying to fulltime RV next year this is my dream one as well the layout is so great ! I keep watching videos and build it on website 😂🙏
Great RV - we own the 36HQ floor plan of Discovery LXE. Mobile Eye is collision avoidance and lane departure warning system.
Hahaha "storage for a single DVD" and then "more DVD storage" 😂 man you're such a critic! But I love it, cause you always point out those little things that matter but nobody else really notices. 👍
I really have no idea what of our current RV stuff I'd store in those compartments around the control panel. They're super tiny! 🤣
I would love to see the all Electric Class-B Vans Winnebago and Thor made.
This one is awesome. The only thing i would change is i would swap the kitchen with the dinette. That would allow more seating for the main tv.
This rig is classicly beautiful!!
I noticed a hole for a CPAP hose in the center shelf directly over the bed. So you could store it there.
You know I hae 2002 Fleetwood REVOLUTION 40 ft and it has 80,000 miles on it and its never given me any trouble It is a great motor home.
