- In 2020, Nicholas Latifi was a promising young driver who had just been given his first chance at a full time Formula 1 seat with Williams. 2 years later, he was the biggest meme in F1 history and had just been released following the end of the season.
But how did it all go this badly wrong? Was Nicky really that bad of a driver, and did he truly deserve all the hate he was receiving?
In today's video, I changed the course of Nicholas Latifi's Formula 1 career, by getting him to join Mercedes in 2020 instead of Williams. With glimpses of brilliance shown in the junior categories, could Nicky cement himself in the 2nd Mercedes seat and start his path for Formula 1 greatness?

Never thought Latifi was as bad as he was portrayed. Very solid junior career and even had great highlights in F1. Scored points twice with the Williams which is impressive and was somewhat of a rainmaster with performances at Hungary FP3 and Suzuka. I liked the guy. Had he got into a midfield team he would have been pretty solid.

@@Monoposto. because his career got ruined in a 2011 rally accident and he had a contract with ferrari to join them in 2012. In 2008 robert kubica was fighting for the championship in what was at the time, the 4th fastest car on the grid. But the team stopped development of the 2008 BMW sauber to focus on 2009
