Picked the G32 up today at Argos for £119. It's brilliant. Apart from no 5G which I wouldn't expect at this price, it nullifies the need to spend hundreds on flagship phones. It does everything I need very well. I've had flagship phones but I refuse to spend 100s on them anymore when these budget phones do just as good a job. Thanks for doing the review.
Return it and reorder from currys. With code mot20 you get it for £80
£99 currys right now
does it do paypal app i do online shopping ?
@@felixmitchell7888 You can install such apps on virtually any phone running the Android operating system, so don't see why it wouldn't.
And now reduced to £89!
I picked up the 6GB RAM / 128GB internal storage dual SIM version. I think the 6GB makes this a great phone. Note the inclusion of NFC and compass (missing from many Moto Gs). Also FM radio (a rare treat). One negative: screen brightness on a sunny day is a problem.
Nice! I enjoyed using it, just gutted I cracked the screen 😅
@@ashdoestech It actually comes with a Panda 3 glass screen which is supposed to be the equivalent of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for scratch resistance. I have dropped my phone a couple of times from both hip and chest height but Touchwood has been OK so far, though the reason for that might be I always keep it in the provided case.
Down to 89 UK now. I bought one. Prefer it to some other Motorola models because of the ppi being so good.
Great review, I've used Motorola for 10 years now. Unfortunately I've cracked my screen and I don't wish to get a G5 network phone..so this fits my needs.
I've just bought this on Amazon for £92 brand new (silver colour only, the black version is £115), which is an amazing bargain. Given how much the price is reduced I'm guessing this phone is about to be or has been discontinued. It came with Android 12 out of the box but it updated to Android 13 after going to the updates settings. Looks like that's going to be the last OS update, though the security updates will continue for at least another year. For £92 this has to be the bargain of the century. I love the near-stock Android experience which I've never had before and the gesture controls are a godsend. Thanks for the video mate!
Nice one, you got yourself a good deal. It's a decent phone, thanks for watching! Enjoy!
Budget phones are pushing flagship phones out of the market. I like what budget phone are doing now.
Yes definitely! I think they are enough for most people to use daily, the only thing for me which lets them down against the others are cameras. As for performance most are good enough!
@@ashdoestech Yes I agreed on budget phone camera need some work. I think best budget phone till now is TCL 10 pro and this is a 3 or 4 year old phone but the specs are really good.
@@ashdoestech I have the phone myself and the cameras are the biggest thing that's holding the phone back from competing with the top mid range phones on the market. It's pretty good for the price it's at and the fact it can do dual sim and support micro SD cards up to 1TB is a compelling bonus. The battery life is pretty good as it can last the whole working day on light to moderate use, I was surprised after using the phone's navigation on Google maps, playing music through wired headphones, and light web browsing that the phone only dropped by 4% after 90 minutes from a full charge.
@@ashdoestech nice review bro.
Thanks!
Thank you for dedicating your time to reviewing. Your thorough analysis showcases a high level of proficiency.
Great review. Seems like a decent budget device and good value for money 💰
Thank you! Yeah it’s pretty good, especially for the price!
I've bought this model a few wks ago and it's very good ,the battery is good especially since I do hrs of vid calls every day ,night ,I do need to charge a bit more ,but with the turbo charging it's good ,it's responsive ,the camera is good ,the sound with Dolby Atmos is brillient with clear and deep bass ,I recommend it
thank you that was super helpful
No problem, thanks for watching ☺️
Was waiting for your review, i really love it and hey you should have used a tempered glass especially considering the fact that the G32 only come with a Panda Glass Protection even though its not bad, i dont think that it can be compared to the likes of Gorilla class 3 or higher.Great review btw, Loved it😀😀.
Yeah, I’ve not used one with all of the Motorolas I’ve used and they’ve been pretty durable….. obviously not this one! Thanks for watching!
@@ashdoestech Oh okay and hey it was just a suggestion , Btw Good to see your subscribers count rising gradually, Hope that you hit 10K subs soon. Thank you so much for this amazing content-please keep them coming.
Panda glass is equal to gorilla glass 3 this has been confirmed by Moto
Good to know, thanks!
@@yellowflash511 Well i didn't know that sorry😃that's reassuring 😍.
Thank you for your videos, they have been very helpful🙏
In the words of Vaas Montenegro "I like this phone. It's nice fucking phone."
I just got one(6/128) for 80$, boxed, very little used, and with one year warranty. The next option was 8/256 for about 115$.
I have this photo now for 3 months excellent phone feature packed for the money
This looks like a nice phone with the advantage of not having 5G.
Great video.
Super mobile phone ( £120 )
Screen delicate though.
Tell me about it 😂
Nice video, you should have mentioned the ram/storage the phone has, IMHO😊
Did I not? 🤦🤦
Schoolboy error
Just ordered this morning...£149 on Amazon. Thanks for the review
Nice one! No worries, let me know how you get on with it!
Dog not allowed ect
Love the pun about it being "a cracking phone" after you found a crack in the display!
Was either that or cry 😂
Have you tried the phone with apps that use the fingerprint sensor for login? I just bought this phone and none of the four apps (three banking apps and the ebay app) that you use the fingerprint sensor to open actually work with the sensor - you have to open them with password instead. Not a deal-breaker; just annoying.
I haven't had any problems with biometric login (face and fingerprint) for apps, and use it wherever I get the chance.
I think overall motor olla makes really good phones
I agree!
Thanks for introducing me to Track tribe - dream it
I don't mind it not having 5G, as 5G contracts are more expensive. Since I'm getting a budget phone, I don't want to spend extra on that.
Fair enough! It's a decent phone!
Nice video thanks, regards from México
does it work with paypal app and ebay ?
IS THERE A NFC
How is the phone now? Is it still good I need a new phone but don't want to spend loads but would like the twin speakers
It's great! But if you can, spend an extra £30 or so and get the G62, worth the extra money ☺️
How does it compare to Moto G31? How about the screen- it is not OLED right?
Quite similar, but not as contrasty as an oled screen. But still pretty good, can't complain for the price!
Does it come with a screen protector already applied?
I'll be honest I can't remember 🤣🤣.... I've got an unboxing video on this phone so you're welcome to check it out and see 😅
Hi how's the back for fingerprints, for me who is a bit OCD
Not too bad actually, the matte like finish on the back keeps them to a minimum. A glossy back and it would be a lot worse 😂
My phone has just broken all I use my phone for is messaging social media and binging TH-cam by your review £119 would be a good deal?
That's not a bad price to be fair.
Iv just seen they have realised the g54 now so will go for that instead reckon you should do a review if you can manged too get hold of it
I've just dropped my G84 video, can check that one out too. I'll see if I can grab a G54
@@ashdoestech I'm on it motorola are starting too appeal more and more too me thr older I get and having a expensive monthly contract for the latest flagship just don't appeal too me anymore
Great review 👍 I have one question. Did you try playing games on it? If so, did they run smoothly?
A bit, and what I did play ran pretty smooth. I know it’s not a high end chip so knew it wouldn’t handle high demanding gaming but what I did, a bit of need for speed, worked fine!
Fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 never ends for disbelievers
I'm looking at this as a starter phone for my 10 year old daughter. She plays pokemon go. Would this be satisfactory and also is the display good when in bright sunlight?
Thank you in advance
@@aaliandrose769 don't die as a disbelievers
Yes this will be fine for that. The display is great, bright enough to use outside and a good size so Pokémon go will look great on it 👍
Seems like no point looking at the G22 and move straight onto this model. I'm always put off by the lacking updates that Motorola has on their phones though.
I agree, it improves in alarmist every way. I was however more impressed with the photo quality of the G22 over the G32, especially from the selfie camera. But other than that, the G32 is definitely the better option for similar money!
@@ashdoestech Yeah, I am looking at black friday deals and the G32 is currently £150. Would be a nice upgrade from my Moto G6!
Yeah that’s a good price. But also consider the G60s, yea it’s older but you get a bigger 120hz display, better cameras and much faster 30w charging. May not get the updates, but still an awesome phone and only £35 more 🤷♂️
@@ashdoestech Thanks will look into it.. far too many phones to pick from!
Worth looking at, I did a video on the G60s too if that helps 😊
£89.99 currently at Curry's 👍
Does this have a light indicator??
Unfortunately no
Does it have a working fm radio?
Yes.
Am getting new phone I have moto g10 need better up grand
is the back a fingerprint magnet
It’s not too bad, it’s a matte back so resists fingerprints quite well
@@ashdoestech I bought the Moto g62 5g, no prints well pleased 😀
Nice! That was a nice phone to use, I enjoyed it!
Camera 📷 not good?
I didn’t find it to be one of the better ones from Motorola. Others have been better in my experience
Teraz w Polsce na popularnym serwisie aukcyjnym Allegro jest po 449 PLN XD Tanio jak za barszcz.
Cracking phone.unintended pun😅
Had to lighten the mood somehow 😂
Its like cheap pixel phone
Nice looking phone.
This or Samsung A23 5G model?
Don't care about 5G btw
Performance wise, A23 5G will be better, but camera experience will likely be similar. Although I think the ultra wide on the Moto will be better, going by my past experience with Samsungs 5MP ultrawides. The A23 does have a faster 120hx refresh rate and personally a nicer design. But I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in either 🤷♂️
@@ashdoestech Thank you my man, appreciate your response. Will go for A23 5G, love the design more 👌🏻👍🏻
Definitely looks nicer! I reviewed the A33, amazing phone!
@@ashdoestech It's not on my radar, but i will check the video and like it also i will subscribe 👍🏻
Thank you 😊
I think gorrila glass is a must on oled smartphones as lcd ips are more durable to drops only thing gorrila glass will do to an ips is protect from scratches maybe
Picking mine up from Argos prove at the moment is £ 99.00 one offer poeple have it in gray or sliver
Grey! we are not American.
