    When I study OET Empathy is important to use. I’ve noticed at work that Empathy is not always practice. Maybe because of toxic environment they become also toxic on the way they talk.

    You are so funny. It is very interesting to meet and talk with you somewhere, for exaple in a pub or a restoraunt. But that is a topic for another video.
    You have so immersed in your own conversation that not only you have forgotten what you were talking about and I did not understand anything. Today I have just wasted a time with this video.
    Unfortunately, you could not teach us to show empathy.
    However, I believe that in the next video you will be able to do your best.

      by using those simple phrases that were mentioned you can be able to show them that you are emphatizing with your patients..
