the question should be which of the tens of thousands of bible believing denominations does he subscribe to. There are tens of thousands of bible believing denominations in the world today each of them saying they have the holy spirit but none of them agreeing with one another. putin is a water baptized christian leading a country who the majority are water baptized christians and he is attacking a country where the majority are water baptized christians . Its the elephant in the room.

@@mirandasummer548 how can a person be Christ like? He was unique unless you think there are billions like him on the planet now if that is what Christianity is ? If that is the case they are not making a very good job of it. Putin is a water baptized Christian and it is my idea of hell if there were billions like him on the planet

@@dianeallen28 God alone knows the heart. The thing about the great church builders of the 15-19thC here in the uk was that they understood what the purpose of them was. The buildings were built so that sunlight could stream into them because they knew that all mens hearts were dark just as they are now and all flesh was made from wicked sex and coming into a grand sunlit place could overawe man and make them feel rightly small. Most people in those centuries lived in hovels and electricity was centuries away and their lives were short and unrelentingly harsh . The attendees could experience a few moments of relief from the unrelenting harshness of their lives by glimpsing something grand that was built to reflect the divine. The priests who officiated were really just caretakers of the buildings the congregations could not really hear what they were saying because there were no microphones. That was why choral music was so important , it was created so people could hear something that reflected the divine at the same time seeing something that reflected the light of the divine in the grandness of the building. It was a performance to reflect the divine in natural light and natural sound. That has been lost with the new wave of church buildings where now you have dark soulless, lifeless and lightless places to match the hearts of man. These new places replace the grand light and sound that used to represent the divine with cheap gimmicks and stage lighting and light shows and amplification . The moment i see the drum set and stage and electric guitars and electric pianos and the "superstar" preacher then i fear all i am going to get is a cheap performance. Its no coincidence that many of these "churches" are located in old theatres and cinemas. Hillsong in london here borrow an existing theatre for their afternoon sunday services.
Now the modern service goes something like this. Half an hour of loud electric modern music followed by an hour of loud electrified monologue stream of conciousness stuff that passes for a sermon. What people used to get was a few minutes of silent awe bathed in mans interpretation of the divine light and sound and then that was it, on with the grind of life. People in the old days used to leave the churches with their souls pierced with what was conceived as divine sound and vision. They had glimpsed mans interpretation of heaven. People leave services these days exhausted by having to try and concentrate and follow what was said for hours on end and by having their ears blasted by electrified musak. Many leave the services feeling condemned for not being as saintly or as godly or as rich as the superstar preachers.
My own pentacostal church i was in for 10 years also used an ex theatre that had zero natural light and followed the above set piece year in year out. It was a dark soulless place with no sunlight .
The great cathedral builders knew how to put on a performance these new places are a pale imitation but the money is good. look at bethel church , a dark soulless place for example it has made the johnsons wealthy beyond imagination and made them superstars.
There are good and bad people , some liars and some who tell the truth , in church buildings just as there are in secular life. Its good to be good to other people and try and love but you dont need buildings and microphones and amplifiers and drum sets to do that.
