Honestly as a player who have around 2k stat and who face the high tier renegade regularly i can say that you're not even close to be right, some renegade like Donnarossa are D or C tier if you don't put the suppor eeded to buff her damage but with the right renegade she can be A easily.
i will show who is the closest to the truth bellow, if i don't put a " / " then he can be played without the need of a specific renegade, the current Meta is:
SS: Kazuma/Goro, Corax
S: Nereus, Megalodon/Stark/Puppeter, Ramona, Ziyad/Claudia, Detective, Duchess. Donnarossa/Benjamin/Ghosteye.
A: Devil Ray/Kit, or Eagle/Kit, Keith, Donnarossa/Drowner/Benjamin or Donnarossa/Drowner/Ghosteye, Jair (shooter)
B: Oscar, Kraken (damage), Croc. Jair (non-shooter), Stark (damage).
C: Gabi, Luiz, Lan Qing, The Undertaker.
D: Randy, Tammy, Celeste, Kraken (support)
Oscar is strong for a biker/bulker formation you need to remove all the unnecessary troops with 1 range because the damage buff is 100% random.
Jair is much weaker than Devil Ray or Eagle but he can manage to have a close amount of damage against them if played by a shooter player (not even close for a biker or bulker player)
Corax is the strongest support for biker since his release and he is clearly a SS tier for the biker player, same Kazuma/Goro are unmatched in term of direct damage.
You underestimate Kit because Kraken is the one who generate your shield and he doesn't produce a lot of shield but Kit he is extremely strong with Devil Ray or Eagle.
Actually you can't place The Undertaker in any formation because you have always a renegade that you can't replace or a better one to play, if her strongest attribute was protection we could play her in more formation but actually as a physique renegade she can be placed nowhere.
Keith/Puppeter/Ramona/Stark/Ghosteye/Ziyad/Claudia/Benjamin are all currently top tier because either of their high defensive attribute either because of their support skill.
I know some player with 5K shooter stat who play Detective/Claudia/Ziyad with a T9/10 formation and actually annihilate some 7K biker with Nereus/Corax/Ramona and a bunch of T12...
You lost me when you put kit at tier D....it was at that point i realised you are talking based on your experience ,which might be wrong....kit is the strongest supportive purple renegade ....it wasn't designed to get kills but to reduce enemy renegade damage and it works magic when you max his 3rd and 5th star..putting claudia at C was also wrong...i think when you are not familiar with a particular renegade ...you tend to give it a low score...thats fine...but at the end always let people know its just your opinion ...and its not based on facts

Im a shooter player but devil ray-ramona-kraken give me a decent amount of kills using some t11 tact shooters + just a few t11 bikers in my formation

Need opinions for this.. but for 2nd slot based on Physique, who is better to support Devil Ray?
1) Corax
2) Detective
3) Undertaker
I think The Detective is the strongest at the moment > Kazuma > Duchess > Nereus > Megalodon. You should value the base stats and support skills of the renegades. For example, The Puppeteer and Keith are better than Stark when playing with Mega or Kazuma.
I don't really understand which indicators you use to rank these renegades, it seems like you don’t understand how they work very well.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not commenting to discredit you. I think as an influencer, you should do more homework and deliver more accurate information.
Kazuma at the moment is stronger than Nereus. Reason be Nereus max skills buff are 300 and Kazuma skills are 450 once max

I dont agree with Corax at ranking B. Without having him for support you will have less chance of winning. By using Rey or Nereus leading. However, the Eagle is better for attack than Rey but Rey is stronger in defense.

Keith has the highest physique he is one of the best. Can't place Jair above him 😂 kit is also a very good and even a free Renegade 🤷
