Hi Jamie! I have a quick question. What are the sizes (length and width) of the semi circles that you cut out? Thanks so much! The koi Fish Lantern looks fantastic. I'm anxious to try it. Oh, Your 104 degree room is pretty hot to be working in!
The shorter one was a portion from a 14" circle: measure 14" of the circumference and from outwards in, measure 4.5" on the radius. The other is from 17.5" circle. Measure 14 inches of circumference and sides are 5.75 along the radius. Thanks for watching!
I may have seen this video before. (Very good! Cool HB project) Where are you where it’s so hot? I’m in Phoenix. Glaze kiln today in my small studio. 105 outside…..😎
I love this! I'm going to do one. i do have one question-the tail. Where you split the clay and inserted the tail, do you smooth out the seams so they look like the tail just flows from the body?
Hello Great work. I just have a question? I know you have to fire this clay, BUT if I wanted to could I not fire? what would happen? Thank you for your time.
