A dialect includes pronunciation, vocabulary and sometimes even grammar can be totally different. For example, "Thank you" in standard language is Arigatou, but in Kansai-ben its Ookini. Thats why it could be hard for people that have dialect to speak standard language, just like Momo here. Sana is an outlier because she is a language genius as proven by how quick she pickes up Korean 😂

Honestly Momo's brain in general seems a bit slow :D I have been out of my own country for many years (Denmark), and there is just no way in hell you would stop speaking your native language perfectly within such short time.
