You forgot to explain how to boot from the disk instead of the ISO file so you dont just reinstall the OS every single time. I mean shit, if your going to make a tutorial dont stop right before the last step... Its a shame because its to the point and well explained but I cant like a video that literally doesnt explain one of the most important part. So basically to boot from you installed Android OS in the VM main menu : right click your android VM -> settings -> system -> change the boot order so that "Hard Disk" is on top of the list and boots first -> when you run the VM again choose the first option or just let the console run for like 10 seconds and it will auto select the first boot option anyway (I think).
I tried this and another tutorial that was similar and they all kind of just don't work, everything works until the tutorial ends, it says Android should boot up and yet I always just get the console, the other tutorial seemed like it was taking a safer route by doing everything manually, but nothing really works...
Any app i download just instantly crashes. I’ve allocated 3 cores and 16gb ram which is less than half of my specs so I’m doubting it’s a hardware issue
Thanks. I am seeing if I could get Android KitKat 4.4.2 which was the release for my old tablet. Questions, will the time zone default to Eastern Daylight Time or is it based off location? For me it would be Central Daylight Time -1 Hour of Eastern. It seems like time zone is greyed out.
TYSM FOR THIS TUTORIAL, I used this to check out Android 4.4.4. the only problem is when you shut the machine down and reopen it, it makes you go through the setup again
Good Job man as always 🖤 but please help me to fix , whenever I tried to open android they pop ups installation windows I then i install it again and use . Can I install android once so no more need to install it again and again ?

I'm hardwired also and when I go to playstore it says I have no network connection. Every video I've watched on installing Android never goes to playstore. Also no one ever shows how to properly shut it down and I end up having to reinstall everytime I go to boot it up again.
I downloaded just as you instructed but I am facing with only console mode but not the default display of choosing options before starting to use Android. Anyone who can help me with it?
Android x86 installed and ran perfectly, but after restarting my PC, the virtualbox instance only boots to the installation setup screen and never again to my installed android os. Any help?

Hi, when I install the Android OS on Virtual Box, it does not stay installed after rebooting. Is it supposed to work this way? another thing is that it won´t connect to internet, does any one know why does this happend? I mean, I have Kali, windows and ubuntu as virtual machines, they all connect righ away to internet, but Andorid does not, and when I turn the machine off and on again, I have to install it again.
