Whow... In a modern Movie this would have been over within 30seconds with the House being blown up at the end... with almost 20% of the including emotion. It is absolutely great work. I think, I understand where the word _artwork_ derives from...
Finland took part in World War II, and my grandfathers have been in the war. It's begun to interest in World War II. I respect the ordinary soldiers who fought in the war, regardless of nationality. Not interested leaders and ideologies...
This is top notch!! That work you did to build that house, and then burn it down, is awesome. The fight scenes; the illusion of motion; all great!! Bravo. You belong in Hollywood.
Thank you very much! Stop motion making requires a lot of time and at the moment I do not have that much time. In this video I shot the Sony a700 and now I have used the Sony a77. Sorry, no behind the scene material ...
Just a note: that german light machine gun is in 8mm mauser. That ammunition will pe etrate a solid oak railroad tie. It would go all the way through any wall in that house and the men inside it. All that german machine gunner would have to do would be to fire at bottom of the window level from o e end of the house to the other. End of fight. I really enjoy your videos. Ease continue. Good job.
It was late war and he was also Waffen SS. At the end of World war II, the SS used a lot of PPSH-41's. The SS liked it because it was easy to find ammo on the Eastern Front, the rate of fire, and drum mag. Does this mean that the SS used all PPSH-41's, no some still used German guns. I must say this is a nice video. Korpikuus i'm proud to be your friend.
Interesting... Well, not really, we lost land areas in the Winter War to the Soviet Union. Finland was trying to regain the lost areas by teaming up with the German. One grandfather was at the forefront of the attack and the other was the service troops.
Thank you! Figures cost around 40 € -100 € and there are even more expensive. I've bought them Actionfiguren-shop and Figurines 12 Puoces online stores. If you are interested in the history of the Second World War, these figures even increase your interest in WW2.
The clarity is amazing, as is the set up. It would have been better as stop motion though, but still looks outstanding . What camera did you use? Plus any chance of a behind the scenes look at how you did it? Great work
Fantastic home. Amazing your collection. The story is very good and entertaining. Also note that you are already halfway stopmotion right? Because there are many scenes that are almost continuous. Perfect friend. Nice to see your work.
Great video, love the detail of the house and bridge. I was born in 1960 so I had G.I. Joe's, but I like the other ones more, 21 Century, Ultimate Soldier, etc., better details.
You probobly already know this but, you inspire me Korpikuus..☺ After I couldn't afford the British 8th army figure my whole world was crushed cause I saw your work so good and, I wanted to relate(Not that I could) and, make you proud but, then I had some thoughts to stop but, now since I commented that I might stop and, hearing that you only had two figures for your first Video was so inspiring!!😁 Now I have an awsome plan that I think you'll like and, I just wanna say thank you Korpikuus for the inspiration.
Hi, where do you film this and where did you bought those nice action figures? Really nice work I love your videos. What is the story of your next video? I'm very curious :).
I love the sounds with its, feels so real! Excellent work! What did you use for smoke? This whole film is way cool! Any chance in doing a video showing how you made the house with the porch and all? Love the details! The house weathered nice, may I suggest weathering the inside?
Thank you very much. This video is old, now the house has got some color indoors too. Here are some videos of the house ... th-cam.com/video/BQ8JgcFe2IQ/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/URckl-JSJ5A/w-d-xo.html
Thank you very much! In Finland, these videos have been made. I have bought figures example Actionfiguren-shop and Figurines 12 pouces online stores. The story of the next video, I do not tell... :)
Hey thanks for replying. I live in the U.SA. I noticed on your channel.your from Finland, thats so cool!!! And im not quite sure how the euro works, but thanks anyway. And another question, how did you become so interested in ww2? Love your vids!
Great video my friend where did you get the SS Figures? Did they come like that or did you buy uniforms for them? If so where did you buy the uniforms? And any ideas on where to get good German Wehrmacht/SS Figures (where did you get yours)?
Forza Milan Thank you! One figure is the original, others figures I bought ss uniforms. Uniforms has made Toys City. I buy figures and uniforms from those websites: Ebay, Amazon, Actionfiguren-shop, Figurines 12 Pouces, Machinegun-figures...
+Korpikuus which is the original SS Figure? (Name) and what website did you buy the uniforms from and what are the names of the uniform? And do you use regular Wehrmacht figures and then put the uniform?
Forza Milan The original SS-figure is Wolfgang Feigel, manufactured by BBI. I can not remember where I bought the uniforms. Uniform sets are, GERMAN SNIPER ELITE UNITS SVT ACCESSORY SET, GERMAN ELITE UNITS ACCESSORY SET 7, GERMAN ELITE OFFICER UNIFORM & ACCESSORY SET and the fourth was someone SS MG42 gunner set. Look from that site www.actionfiguren-shop.com/en/Accessories/Accessorys-Sets-Parts/WW-I-II/WW-II-Uniforms/
One of the best executions of WWII figs I've ever seen. What the name of the march you played? It immediately sent flashbacks of capture the flag matches on Call of Duty: United Offensive.
Thats awesome!!! I had no idea about Finland on the war! Did they assist the russians on the eastern front? My grandfather was in India from 1942_1945, he was in charge of shipping supplies over the himalayas to burma. What did your grandfathers do?
I watch this often. I cannot get over how accurate it is.

Hey man, this video was amazing. Just curious how much do those guys cost/where do you get them? I love ww2 history, and wandering about them.
Very good detail on the house
Thanks!
this is so beautiful!! very imaginative.

Brilliant video Korpikuus even my girlfriend loves it :)
Why not? The Germans liked much of that weapon. They took pleasure in PPSh-41, it was reliable and a good weapon...
korpikuus I never mind the Germans holding that gun they look cool with it too
Thank you!!!
Thank you! Glad to hear...
Who is this so good ?
Well done 👍🏼 👍🏼
Thanks!
I like this -it doesn't portray the germans as a bunch of target fodder "sgt. Schultzes'...
Now all that's missing is the one incident where a Finnish soldier stopped a tank with a crowbar.
May I hear details about this? That sounds kind of funny.
Davis Jacobs The only big detail I know right off hand is that he was one of the ski troopers, but he took the treads off a russian tank.
Michael Braswell Ha! Well, I guess there are other ways to stop a tank other than blowing it up!
The best Russian front one so far. However, one little flaw, that German-not Captain kieffer-had NCO shoulder boards with the open mouth....
omg these videos u make r amazing ur really good also how many figures do u hav
Well done
▶yologamer◀ Thanks!
