I played and loved it! I messed around with the Loddles so I have six hours in it. I didn’t mind the price since they’re splitting profits with an ocean conservation charity. I also generally prefer shorter games - I like beating games so I can play the next one, and the more IRL responsibilities I have the more I appreciate a game that respects my time. Update: my partner kept trying to get the loddle achievement after I went to end. After 8+ hours we’ve discovered a lot of loddle evolutions and neat hidden things, but still haven’t found all the loddles. So I think if you want to go for that achievement, there’s a lot more playtime in there for you
So happy you did a review on this little gem 💛I played the demo and fell in love with it so I grabbed it earlier today as soon as it came out. It is very satisfying and I'm taking my time playing it instead of rushing, which I usually do with other games. I agree with all your points, especially the inventory issue. I hope they do some more updates later on because it is quite pricey for how much hours it takes to play.
thank you for this review I wouldn’t have known about this game otherwise. I love games like this. Easy non-stressful clean up sims are a perfect cold down after a stressful day~
I agree with the remarks on the price. It's steep but since they're pledging a charity donation for each sale then it's fine. I didn't know you could finish the game in less than an 5 hours though, I wish it could be longer. I love the visuals, it's like the old 90s PS1 games, everything is colorful and chunky! The goop cleaning reminds me a bit of powerwash simulator! Have you tried it? It's super relaxing and fun! Thank you Josh for sharing this game too, I can't stop gushing about it ever since the demo released ! 🐠🐡
As soon as you talked about the type of game, I was thinking I'd heard you talk about it recently. But I think that was exactly what you said about it being in Coral Island also!

Thanks for the video, Josh! I’m glad to hear there’s a demo I can check out.

This looks cute, I would love to see more if you decide to do a video or stream.
Aw this looks so cute! I don't tend to play short games so I will pass on it but watching this review was super cute
