The Acorn I-REIT, through Vuka, recently issued its 2024 Rights Issue.
We can acquire units at a discounted price for a limited time and benefit from capital appreciation and future dividend distribution.
As a VUKA Investor, you will be able to:
1. Invest at a Discount: Acquire units at a discounted price of KES 21.90 per unit, instead of the the current price of KES 22.03.
2. Benefit from Future Capital Appreciation and Dividend Distribution:
By investing now, you immediately benefit from the value uplift as you’re purchasing at a discount to the current price.
By acquiring more units, you position yourself to receive a better dividend distribution in the future.
This offer will be available till 4th July 2024 after which the price will change to the prevailing NAV price at the time.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Any units purchased at the current price of KES 22.03 before 4th July will receive a credit of KES 0.13 per unit added directly to your dynamic wallet.
2. There are limited units for acquisition and therefore allotment will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. These units may be fully taken up before the 4th of July and you’ll have to acquire new units at the prevailing full price which is KES 22.03!

Hello agatha I'm a new member just joined ..what does it mean to auto invest dividend?
When you activate that option, your dividends are automatically reinvested: you won't have to login to do it manually. But it doesn't work on my end, I tried.
