tried to install mine, the thing won't power up when i connect it to the car but powers up when i bypass the cars systems, i think the harness needs replacing any suggestions?
you probably have bad cables, you have to contact the seller to give you the correct cables, send him a photo of the cables.

Presne to som chcel napísať aj ja. Aj ta hrozne spomalená reakcia rádia. To je hrozné. A to zakrytie reproduktora je totálna kravina. Sa divím , že s tým majiteľ auta súhlasil. Tiež som nad týmto premýšľal , ale po tomto videu som si to rozmyslel. Mobil musí stačiť.

@@devotee7985 Však tam je napísané že 4gb. Preto sa mi nejde do hlavy ta spomalená reakcia. Ťukajú do toho, a nič sa nedeje. Hlavne pri ovládaní rádia.
Veru ja som mal c-max s tymto Sony radiom od ford, a kamarat mal to android a to Sony hralo aj chytalo vzdialenejsie stanice ovela lepsie, uz nehovorim ze je to ako past na oko

Most of these units require making a couple of small cuts to the inside of the dash, removing three small pieces to ensure the screen cradle fits properly where it's supposed to. You can get a proper fit doing that.
@@GSF404do you have any information on this? (e.g where to cut exactly?) currently I am searching for a way to better fit it into my Kuga. Thanks so much in advance for your answer!
@@meemoat Yes so, assuming the unit is the same as mine and the dash is the same. You have to cut out a little square about an inch × inch in the middle and then the sloped parts on either side have to be cut out or the cradle thing doesn't fit. I also used a hole saw to cut a nice neat hole behind where the screen would go for the cables as there's no real alternative for those thick cables.
