I took the test and Company of Heroes 3 matches are 33% faster compared to COH2
That's why many people are complaining about Company of Heroes 3 ending the matches too quickly. In Company of Heroes 2, if you get three VP points every 4 seconds, you lose 3 VP. Thus totaling 11:11 minutes. In Company of Heroes 3, if you got all three victory points, every 3 seconds you will lose 3 VP, totaling 8:33 minutes. Therefore, COMPANY OF HEROES 3 is 33% faster.
OBS: Note that Company of Heroes 3 no longer has the VP alert. This is sorely missed.
I didn't particularly like these changes, when I started to like the game, it just ends.
Do you only post wins? Wish you'd through some close losses in here sometimes.

Ah back when u could actually play DAK as intended and not build 4 builder units and spam carrots as the only strat that enables you to be competitive. Good times...

@@aziouss2863 not gonna lie the halftrack did slay at the start maybe too strong but given how brittle it is and it IS an mg34/42 it should do as much as the soldier mg. now its coh2 level of basically negligible damage which is dumb because its still an mg
@@aziouss2863 cuz balancing the game over 1v1 would actually be a good idea. I have won 13 out of 15 games with allied factions, lost 17 out of 19 games with DAK mostly... (even with using meta strats) basically if the allied players are using meta strategy it's gg i only have a competitive chance if they are not and I am. (I maybe played 10 games of 3v3 or 4v4 since launch so idk how op the axis were I didn't exp it much)
@@kiddeggplant Yea but that's the case all over the game. The Jeep/Bike Mgs don't do anything like the damage of "regular" MGs despite being the same gun.
I think the halftracks are going to be very hard to balance due to the early game anti light vehicle capibility of the Americans vs the Brits. The halftrack can absolutely bully early American Infantry whereas the Brit Boys rifle just laughs as you either waste MP or waste minutes repairing the thing every time they see you.
But yes current balance really messed up the Axis.

Thank Hans and HappyCat. Now for an experiment. Watch this again. Then go watch a replay on COH2. Same players. Same 1v1. COH2 vs CoHalfars3. Supposedly new code vs decades old code. Not even near the same level of gameplay, strategy or fun. Bugs sorted out in COH.1 and COH2 brought back to life. Balance issues. Dodgy sound. Hopeless coop vs AI experience. All wrapped up in what is supposed to be beautiful graphics and groundbreaking gameplay mechanics. The only thing top shelf is the price. Well done Relic. Your name says it all.

@@MrSmokincodz Yes fair call and it will improve. However even according to their own development time line they took extra time to "polish" the gameplay before release. If we have to pay up front is not unfair to ask for a product up front.
@@todcampbell you have no idea what you're talking about. COH2 release was mired with bugs and the same complaints we're having right now. It took a lot of iterations to get to what you see with coh2 today.
@@cat_demon4405 Played COH2 day 1 after having played COH1 for years before. 2 played better than 3 does now - without the benefit of over a decade of patches, fixes and gameplay to create a good experience. 3 is the successor to 2. It should be better day 1. I hope 3 improves. Right now, I know enough to know what ripped off feels like.

Coh3 will improve, it's just that your impatience and forgetfulness precedes you
this was just an ownage though. preferred to have seen some hard game where you'd really suffer and maybe even lose :)

Confused about what build is best? I was under the impression that grens are inefficient? Also what's the go with all the rubbish allies spam strats. Looks like relic is at it again completely ruining the balance.
