I got this phone so because the agent was the one who opened the box switched on the phone ? I didn't know the content on the box ,now the camera is awful is very slow, charging system has issues its charging backwards takes 3 whole hours to charge mark charging reaches a 80percent . Mark you they forced this phone on me saying they dont sell any other apart from this and that other phone companies have poor quality phones this one is durable. So on returning the phone they said they will charge for the simcard unlock pin that wasn't there in the first place ,so they are removing the pins and other things that should come with the phone and charging the clients for them claiming they were there when they weren't and on returning the phone they say clients should pay. Overall is a bad phone,camera has blurry photos and videos its just a bad phone
