2:51:46 Moral of part of this story: DO NOT answer 'statements' made by opposing attorneys.
E.g. Mu's defense attorney: "And it's just coincidental that your change is helpful to the State's case."
This was a statement. Not a question. Do NOT respond to statements. Make them ask a question. Slow the proceeding down by thinking through what was just said to you. Was it a statement or a question~? Remember, opposing counsel is hostile and will always try to trick you by making statements that you'll say yes or no too depending on what they want. It is a trick. What they deliberately do is to ask you two or three rapid fire questions in succession that you will respond quickly too; then they throw in a statement and you're already geared up with that same quick answer. That is why you have to listen to each question and think about it before answering it.

I hate to be a negative Nelly, but the younger prosecutor needs to learn how to draw a story out of his witness. Defense counsel was wise not to object to all the leading questions, because frankly all the “yes” and “no” answers were probably putting the jury to sleep.

2:23:56 This is so unfair. Of course, both he and Maddie are both still in danger if this man had thrown a punch. I am sick at this lawyer and he is loving this fact. people do not stop and think in between punches whether they are in danger [still] or not. They assume the entire situation is 'dangerous'. Somehow this lawyer knew that doing a blow by blow, minutes by minute replay as if this was 'a directed movie' would work on almost forcing wrong answers. I hope the jury isn't as fooled.

Most people don't know the real truth of the most book ever sold, and given out, and use to be in every room in Hotels & Motels. If everyone knew the real truth everyone would try to be a very good person and there would be much less crimes in the world. Only if everyone knew the TRUTH. The song from Smashing Pumpkin song Disarm that has lyrics that sing " The killer in me is the killer in you" if you listen to that song it mocks us all. All the people who don't take the free gift from the one man who died for the whole world then that killer did not get cut off inside them. That killer inside a person can occupy a person anytime he wants to until the person takes the free gift. I hope people understand what I am trying to say. It's the killer's secret hiding place is in us all since birth.

When a bunch of teens are drunk and rude walk away. Don’t let it escalate. And don’t decide to stab kids bc they’re yelling insults. We are all responsible for our own actions and behavior.

Do I think kids are extremely ignorant, and can be volatile with their words..? Yeah, of course! But I still don’t think stabbing four people was an appropriate reaction to that. Bunch of drunk kids start calling you a creep so you decide to stab them all? He was such a rage that he even stabbed one of his friends.

    • @chuckbest3679

Absolutely. If he had no knife he would not have gone to bother with the kids and kids do sometimes party and drink on a river outing like that. I believe Mui premeditated that outcome based on his actions and his demeanor. Same knowing smile through the whole video.

Looks very premeditated to me. Agreed young people can be very rude and disrespectful but I think Miu knew already because his demeanor was the same from the start. to finish. Obviously Mui is an expert knife warriior. Plus his disappearing act attempt shows he was aware he was in the wrong. Psychopath in my opinion.

1:51:03 I bet all witnesses go home at night and wish they had thought to answer things another way. Like, Mui was 'in her bubble' or 'they were in each other's bubble' or they just happened to be in the same bubble at that moment ~ whatever. Always think about what you are going to say first - take you time - no rush. This man had no right to be in these kids 'space', period. It was their space to begin with, not his.
