When a bunch of teens are drunk and rude walk away. Don’t let it escalate. And don’t decide to stab kids bc they’re yelling insults. We are all responsible for our own actions and behavior.
Do I think kids are extremely ignorant, and can be volatile with their words..? Yeah, of course! But I still don’t think stabbing four people was an appropriate reaction to that. Bunch of drunk kids start calling you a creep so you decide to stab them all? He was such a rage that he even stabbed one of his friends.
Absolutely. If he had no knife he would not have gone to bother with the kids and kids do sometimes party and drink on a river outing like that. I believe Mui premeditated that outcome based on his actions and his demeanor. Same knowing smile through the whole video.
Thank you bornfree0507! That’s exactly what he should have done. Now he could possibly spend his life in prison. For someone who’s been made out to be intelligent and worldly, he behaved horribly. So did the teenagers but not to this extent. Tragic.
Mui escalated it to violence, and his aggressive approach on his second approach on the boys started the process of escalation. Mui was angry before he approached the boys, and he probably would have escalated it to violence, even if the Carlsons hadn't shown up.
Looks very premeditated to me. Agreed young people can be very rude and disrespectful but I think Miu knew already because his demeanor was the same from the start. to finish. I heard that. He was the dullest of the witnesses, and they were all pretty dopey.
2:23:56 This is so unfair. Of course, both he and Maddie are both still in danger if this man had thrown a punch. I am sick at this lawyer and he is loving this fact. people do not stop and think in between punches whether they are in danger [still] or not. They assume the entire situation is 'dangerous'. Somehow this lawyer knew that doing a blow by blow, minutes by minute replay as if this was 'a directed movie' would work on almost forcing wrong answers. I hope the jury isn't as fooled.
Hahaha you know you took that first punch and attacked Miu. Miu never put a hand on that lady. She must of gotten push by one of your all. And you just want after Miu.
That is your guess, and it's probably wrong.
Headed down the river, looking for adventure, in whatever comes my way. Oops
Hillbillies...
@@nancygibson8854Hillbillies meet a psychopathic killer
You are not required to stand for the jury or the judge, it's not a law.
Wtf
Are you a lawyer, or just playing one on the Internet?
Is that politically correct?
Mui defended himself.
Most people don't know the real truth of the most book ever sold, and given out, and use to be in every room in Hotels & Motels. If everyone knew the real truth everyone would try to be a very good person and there would be much less crimes in the world. Only if everyone knew the TRUTH. The song from Smashing Pumpkin song Disarm that has lyrics that sing " The killer in me is the killer in you" if you listen to that song it mocks us all. All the people who don't take the free gift from the one man who died for the whole world then that killer did not get cut off inside them. That killer inside a person can occupy a person anytime he wants to until the person takes the free gift. I hope people understand what I am trying to say. It's the killer's secret hiding place is in us all since birth.
He didn't decide to stab anyone because they insulted him. He was being punched and pushed and grabbed by the throat
Unfortunately the young people was never taught to act responsible.
Thank you bornfree0507! That’s exactly what he should have done. Now he could possibly spend his life in prison. For someone who’s been made out to be intelligent and worldly, he behaved horribly. So did the teenagers but not to this extent. Tragic.
.119 wow drank
For amateurs, yes.
It looked like 13 Sleestak surrounding Chalka. Ofcourse it was self defence.
No, it was reckless homicide
Dante’s group escalated this to violence
Mui escalated it to violence, and his aggressive approach on his second approach on the boys started the process of escalation. Mui was angry before he approached the boys, and he probably would have escalated it to violence, even if the Carlsons hadn't shown up.
Looks very premeditated to me. Agreed young people can be very rude and disrespectful but I think Miu knew already because his demeanor was the same from the start. to finish. Obviously Mui is an expert knife warriior. Plus his disappearing act attempt shows he was aware he was in the wrong. Psychopath in my opinion.
1:51:03 I bet all witnesses go home at night and wish they had thought to answer things another way. Like, Mui was 'in her bubble' or 'they were in each other's bubble' or they just happened to be in the same bubble at that moment ~ whatever. Always think about what you are going to say first - take you time - no rush. This man had no right to be in these kids 'space', period. It was their space to begin with, not his.
classic mob mentality. FAFO
I think defense counsel is asking questions that are so irrelevant. What does it matter what side of Madison’s face he hit. He’s annoying and condescending as hell. His questioning is just ridiculous 😡
i think defense counsel is doing a fine job of tearing these kids’ stories apart.
Hope nic walks 🙏🏼
Others were praying that he served time.
