You can download the tutorial cheat table only for version 1.2.0.1073 (not recommended if you want to learn):

This cheat works for both versions of the game. In this case I did it in version 1.2.0.1073.

No entiendo por que pasa eso, se supone que estoy grabando a calidad FHD 60fps a un bitrate de 25k y si, se ven algunas partes borrosas como las letras rojas que aparecen cuando escribo, disculpame por eso, voy a tratar de arreglarlo

Supongo que me preguntas por un mod que viste, y lo que hicieron ahí fue que las plantas disparan sandías (solo que cambiaron las texturas del juego) y en vez de hacer daño, eso hiptoniza a los zombies, te digo por que ya lo estuve analizando ;)

Bullet_Type is a variable, it is below newmem because if you declare it without the new memory location it will not allow the script to compile.
Now, I have seen in videos that they say (in this case, for example) alloc(Bullet_Type,4) and it is valid, but you are locating another space independent of newmem, and that seems somewhat unnecessary to me, That's why, in my opinion, it is better to declare the variables below newmem, or it can even be last.

Hypno bullets does not exist, in the mods that appear they have modified the textures and have modified a part of the game memory.
