Solid Bible teaching followed by manipulation. God draws the sinner through his Word. Faith comes from hearing the message. The Holy Spirit does the converting, not repeating the words of a prayer put into our mouth. I appreciate Daniel's ministry and pray for him that he puts aside human tradition and follows God's Word only. Day of Pentecost 3,000 were saved but no miracles of healing that day are noted, so to say that this is the biblical pattern always is not true.
Please go through the Bible again as we see miracles were part of apostles ministries. Yes, the holy spirit does the converting n those who came forward were not forced but came willingly n helping new believers how to pray does not mean putting words into their mouth but they must also pray from heart. Someone asked Jesus to teach how to pray n He taught them. Miracles happen if you believe . Jesus said if you believe n do not doubt if you say to mountain n be moved it will obey you. without faith it is impossible to please God.
