I don't ride anymore but I remember the first time or two after not riding all Winter, I'd be so dang saddle sore and my horse ALWAYS prance around and my butt would be so dang sore! It was brutal.😂😂😂

You are supposed to start at the legs and work your way up because if you start at the top all their hot blood or whatever will rush down to their legs and causes them to be lame
